This location is such a disappointment! We went to get some chicken on Sunday, 8/24, at 8:30 pm. We waited in the drive through line for five minutes and no one said anything. When we drove around the restaurant, someone was inside locking the side door. When we got out of the car, there were four other cars waiting, and the main doors were locked—no sign, no explanation…just closed.

I ordered an order online but arrived and waited another 40 minutes they don't want to work. There used to be a normal place but now there isn't.

I don't know how to start this review but I have a lot of mixed feelings about this restaurant, this has been a very unpleasant experience, it pushed me to the limit and I decided I will not eat at this location again, several times I had problems with the wait time since I usually don't have time therefore I always order in advance from the app, first of all they never have my food ready on time and they always make me wait at least 10 extra minutes, second point I like spicy chicken, and they always give me the original, third point I like dark meat they always give me light meat, fourth point they always forget my sauces, today I had the most unpleasant experience because in my order everything was wrong both they gave me the non-spicy chicken, as well as light meat instead of dark, but the straw that broke the camel's back was that the sodas had not been changed for a long time because they tasted like water and the worst thing they gave me the cajun rice completely spoiled, as soon as I took a spoonful I had to go directly to the bathroom to vomit, I can accept mistakes from a restaurant but for this restaurant to do absolutely everything wrong is unacceptable and giving spoiled food to people They should be closed for those reasons. I will not eat in this place again. My most sincere recommendation is not to waste your time and money with this place. As a customer who has accepted many bad things, I can assure you that this store will never improve.

I’m mad as hell and frankly deserve a credit or refund. Everytime I come to this Popeyes, they’re always out of food or never have any sauces available. Today I had a 2 can dine coupon but I was told to wait 12 minutes on the chicken. I just sat for 45+ minutes. When I finally went to check, they told me another 4 minutes. At this point I was aggravated and told them they should’ve told me and I wouldn’t have stayed. Then I asked for sauce, and they don’t have any.. of course. Corporate and management need to get it together.

Visited Thursday, August 7th, just before 1 p.m.
I pulled into the drive-thru for a quick sandwich before a 40-minute drive. When I reached the speaker, I was told to “hold on.” I waited patiently… and waited… until I realized I had nodded off and 20 minutes had passed with no response. I tried speaking again—nothing.
I drove around and went inside, where I saw staff actively taking orders. But as soon as I stepped in, they started taking drive-thru orders again. It felt like I just couldn’t win.
While I waited inside, I noticed what appeared to be a homeless person cleaning tables. Then I saw him grab unused ketchup packets from a table and hand them to an employee behind the counter.
That was the final straw. The lack of service was bad enough, but the unsanitary practices made me walk out. I won’t be back.
4 piece white and spicy = 2 legs, a thigh and a wing.

This restaurant gives Popeye's chicken sandwich a bad name. I really wish I would have taken pictures. The sandwich was dry and frankly unpresentable. Because I was hungry I ate it anyway but it was so dry I couldn't even finish it I wasted my money. The dirty rice was bone dry I've never experienced anything like that 😮
My husband asked if he could mix up the 3 piece. They told him that the three-piece came with a leg of wing and a thigh.
He only wanted two legs and a thigh. When he opened up the box he had a thigh a wing and a breast.. What the! My husband does not like the breast 😡
Had I saw the 2.6 star rating in advance I would have told him not to stop at this popeyes.
Instead of management constantly apologizing for the inconvenience that a customer experiences they should work on making this particular Popeyes better.
It's the closest Popeyes to our new home but this will be the last visit there. This Popeyes Feffed-up the best chicken sandwich on the planet.

I don’t know why my signature hot wings taste like cinnamon but other than that food was great. Update: there was cinnamon all at the bottom of my plate… they’re lucky I order through the app because I surely would’ve complained in person.
They will literally not serve people. Waited int he drive through for 20 minutes with an online order and kept waiting for longer. Terrible
