Pickup is fantastic here. The pizza portal makes this really easy and fast, and keeps your pizza hot. I love being able to place an order online, pop into Publix for a few things, then have a hot pizza ready to take home. Way better than ordering delivery pizza and then waiting for an hour (or more, geez) and getting a cold pizza. Quality is fantastic, prices are amazing, and they don't undercook the pizza like the Fayetteville location does.
Pizza is fine. Bread sticks are always burnt so don't order those. Today placed a app order older guy got mad saying I didn't place any order etc, showed him my email and app. Said if just popped in the system (placed order 40 minutes ago) said ready for pickup, offered a free 2 litter with attitude I declined. If he's the owner someone punch him in the face for me.

This is the best Little Caesar's I've ever been to. Employees are friendly & prompt. We avoid most other locations unless we absolutely cannot help it. I noticed someone else left a 1 star review because of assuming something negative abt the employees thoughts. What a ridiculous reason to leave a low review. This location is incredible.
