This was the best Panda Express I've been to yet. The rice wasn't dry and the honey walnut shrimp was awwwwesome. I wish I lived closer to this location because it was great.

My favorite place for a pocket friendly quick Chinese plate.. My little daughter likes their special orange chicken.. I usually prefer Teriyaki chicken, kung Pao Chicken, mushroom Chicken and my favorite one is Black pepper chicken, now a days which is discontinued by them.. Don't know why!! But I am still waiting for a black pepper chicken meal again.

I went to panda express so she said because I love eating there. I get there and I ordered a big order two big entrées and two kid meals. They gave me the one bag of my adult food and didn’t give me the bag of kids food. We fix the drinks for our kidsand didn’t think to look inside my bag. I stay all the way in Alpharetta and I told her the manager name Miss Tess and told her how far I was and that I didn’t appreciate I didn’t get my kids food. So she said when I come back, she will make my whole order over again and I told her because of that I appreciated her and that I wouldn’t leave a bad review but I told her if I come back, I don’t wanna be harassed as if I’m stealing something And much sure the manager that wasn’t named Tess said she will make my order over again. Then she came out and said we gave you your order the other day I looked at the camera and I said how was that when we talked to Miss Tess on the phone she said she seen both kids meals in front of the cash register, I felt so uncomfortable as if I was stealing something I didn’t feel to leave a review because they took care of my order but the reason I’m leaving this review because you really made me feel uncomfortable, and I definitely will not be back to Panda express It might not care, but I know panda express doesn’t operate that way and me being Manager, I take care of my customers when I’m in the wrong

This location just robbed me of my money. Charged me for the largest size plates when that wasn’t what I ordered. When I asked for a refund for the difference. The lady working in the back “Jen” told me and my husband it’s “just a dollar 50 extra per plate” and repeatedly told me that even though I mentioned to her it’s about the principle not the money. She got sassy with me and started to show excessive attitude. I will be making a call to corporate making sure she doesn’t misbehave with anyone else like this again especially because she seems to have a very big attitude problem when she makes a mistake instead of correcting it. This could have gone away with an apology, such a shame.

Corporate needs to make some changes in here. Not the cashier or the lady putting food in our plates are accountable to know how much to charge people! Refuse to give me a refund after charging me extra for something I didn’t get. I was told “it’s just a couple dollars”

Bad experience, poor service, waited on the noodles to be cook 10 minutes, limited portions and no soda on the dispenser- asked the manager to replace coke and she just said they didn’t have any.

The food was hard, dry and tasted like it had been sitting for hours. On top of that the portions were skimpy and little and barely filled the plate. When asked if the lady could add a little more she had an attitude and declined. She said she only does one scoop.
