Food was on par service was okay but nothing fantastic so about what I would expect how to fast food restaurant which is fine. Atmosphere is pretty much non-existent but that's what all fast food is like so not really any different than anywhere else.

For some reason every Krystals I visit after about 9 pm seems to just be unmanned. Once again, I don't mind if it's closed due to man hours , but please consider advertising with amended hours on the website.

I see a lot of negative reviews and I have had issues here in the past but the ladies here today were great! Very friendly and the food was good and hot. Will definitely return.
Had 3 Krystals they were hot and deliciousMy problem is with the Chilli. I went through your drive through and got a bowl of chili and I basically paid $4.79 Brown water and three spoons of beans. And I am not exaggerating either of those details. I have eaten Krystal chili since I was a child and this was not Krystal's chili. It looked like they ran out of chili and poured water in to stretch it out. I tried to dip my Burger in the chili like I always do. It did not even change the color of the Bun. It just made the bread soggy that is how much water was in this dish. Very disappointed with this experience. ?

I went looking for their burgers, found their breakfast bowl! Ask them to drop the bacon one more time, they had no problem. The most magnificent thing was, the grits were actually salted! I had to go in and tell them that I appreciated that most of all!

First time going to Krystal Burger and really enjoyed it!!! It's very, very similar to White Castle burgers and almost tastes identical. A little sketchy looking(maybe because it was late at night) but a good place to eat(at least in my opinion, lol)...

Placed an large order on the mobile app when we arrived at the store it was closed 615am waited about 20min no sign of anyone. Have been trying to call for 2 hrs its 8am and still can't get in touch with anyone.12/22/2023

First time going to this chain, might not go again?Service was solid. Food came out fast, the cashier was patient with me and my wife.We ordered inside and took it to go. The tables were all fairly clean, just chairs were a mess. A pretty plain place, but no one goes to fast food for the ambiance.The food is the kicker. We got a bit for everything. Sliders tasted good, the turnover and glazed donut hole things were good as well. Fries left something to be desired but they were solid.We were driving to VA from here, and when I tell you I was sick as possible hours after eating here I would not be doing it justice. I don't know if this is a common problem, but wow this food messed me and the wife up.Maybe my body isn't used to their food but I eat fast food once or twice a week with no problems. This was next level problematic.
