I stopped in and had the Hawaiian cookie and a refreshing iced tea. Service was about as friendly as one can imagine in the deep south. Love southern hospitality!!

I ordered a custom cake from this bakery for my daughter's baby shower, and I'm incredibly disappointed. The cake completely collapsed before it could even be displayed at the event - it was unsalvageable and ruined what was supposed to be a special centerpiece.

As if that wasn't enough, the cake itself tasted terrible. We were embarrassed to even offer it to guests.

This was a meaningful occasion for our family, and the quality and presentation of the cake fell far below what was promised. I expected so much better - definitely would not recommend for any important event.

I love going to this bakery however the last few times I went the cookies have been hard not fresh at all. I asked the young lady was they fresh she said yes got home very disappointed. I will no longer spend my money with this business.

We came a few minutes before closing, but they were so friendly to us and the cookies looked so delicious 😋. The whole set up of their shop was so inviting and cute 🥰. I definitely recommend giving them a try for a variety of tasty choices of cookies as well as awesome service!

Custom made Lobster cake lovingly named Larry for my daughter’s 16th birthday was INCREDIBLE!!! The detail and design was amazing and my daughter was so happy!! Thank you for doing such an awesome job and for making my daughter’s birthday so special!!!

I only wish I lived closer—this bakery is absolutely amazing! For my baby shower, a friend made the trip all the way down to South Florida with a cake, sugar cookies, and a few specialty cookies from here, and I couldn’t have been happier. Everything looked beautiful and tasted even better. The sugar cookies were decorated with such care and detail, and the peach cobbler and banana cream pie cookies were out of this world. You can tell the staff are truly skilled at what they do. Highly recommend!

Bri from Bri Cookie Creations & Bakery, bakes cookies and cupcakes with a real passion for making delicious treats. The hospitality in the store is warm, friendly and altogether pleasant, representing the small town charm that is Quitman. If you are overwhelmed with choice, and you probably will be, trust me on the salted caramels. They are all incredible, but this one is simply the best. Ultimately, if you are travelling near Valdosta or Thomasville, make the effort and go there. You will not be sorry, she wasn't featured on Food Network for nothing!

I called on Valentine’s Day with a last-minute request for my mom, and they were incredibly accommodating, making special arrangements to deliver it the same day. Their customer service is outstanding, and the staff was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend them for both their delicious treats and exceptional service!
