Food was great and the people making the subs were awesome. However I gave my name and was suppose to receive a free sub and she charged me anyways. But had the worst attitude any time she saw someone walk in the door.

Great subshop. Love their very fresh salads, subs- even from this Jersey girl.Skip the tuna if you're from the north but I'll sell them my recipe if they want it. The bread is great and the service is the best here.
Our food order was wrong, the drink machine was down for about 10 minutes and they were out of tea. We asked for a refund as we were not satisfied with our meal and Sarah Washington, the manager, was rude not only when we asked for solutions but also when we asked for a refund. We left without eating and we will not go back there again. Customer service is not a priority at this restaurant.

Our food order was incorrect and there were no drink options available for most of the time we were in the restaurant. We asked the manager for a refund as we were not satisfied and she became argumentative and rude. We will not eat here again and do not recommend this establishment if you want good customer service.

Used to eat here frequently, getting large & double meat subs all the time. I tried looking up the nutrition labels and only found unofficial ones that had incorrect info that misled me.But then they released the actual nutritional info of every sub, and updated the app to show it, and I am completely disgusted and feel misled. 1 large sub of any kind has 7,000–9,000 mg of sodium. The maximum daily intake recommended is 2,300 mg! And most health services recommend only 1,500 mg. That means you're eating 4-6x the amount of salt you should eat in a day, in ONE SUB!The same goes for saturated fat, sugar, etc. One large sub has 75g of sugar, that's 150% the amount one should eat in an entire day!This is absolutely horrific and you are ASKING to get high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, etc. if you eat here. This chain is causing people to kill themselves unknowingly. Even one medium sub is far too much!I feel completely violated that I ever ate here without at least having an accessible official source to tell me how much the food is killing me.Dietary restrictions: Terrible for ANY dietary restrictions. Unsafe amount of salt that is almost a week's worth, far more sugar than you should have in a day, far more saturated fat than is safe to have in a day, far more EVERYTHING than is recommended per day.
