Never ever will I visit this place again. Worst place to eat in Rincon. 6 people in the kitchen and food being pushed out a hour or 2 later. Wrong orders given to people. Needs new management. Never again.

Paid for a meal i did not get to eat. Was cold and husband done eating before I would even recieve the rest of my meal.I asked just to take my meal off but still was on on ticket when I paid.Am loyal customer but won't eat if this waitress working. She didn't apologize she just stated he don't listen.. assuming it was cook faught she didn't check or ask for rest of my meal or the coffee refill we ask for.

My food was awesome and made perfectly. On the otherhand, my mothers food was completely wrong and was not what she ordered. The server was awesome and tried to explain to the manager how the food was supposed to be and the manager was rude to the server. The server still brought the wrong food and when my mother said something to her, she politely said she knew and she was trying to tell the cook who we later found out was the manager, thanks to the server. When the server took the food back to the cook which was the manager, everyone in the restaurant heard the manager very loudly say "ugh again?!" ... that was completely unnecessary and she does not seem like she deserves the position of a manager. Yes ma'am AGAIN, because if it was made right the first time, it wouldnt be coming back to you. The manager's name was Kim.

Giving this a one star for one very particular reason. The manager, I’m assuming that is who she was, was very dismissive when I returned with my coworker’s food that had a raw egg on top. She argumentatively told me that you don’t cook the yolk in a sunny side up egg. To which I responded that entire egg wasn’t cooked. She kept replying like that half a dozen times. I informed her that I know how to cook eggs… and that all of the white should be cooked through. Long story long, she remade the food, but didn’t give one apology and didn’t even make eye contact. I kept my demeanor as pleasant as possible.The server was the only saving grace. She was sweet and beyond helpful. Thank you, ma’am.

Wife and I went for a late breakfast after an oil change across the street. Ordered 2 eggs over light, one was overhard one was runny. Wheat toast came out dry, no butter at all. Had to ask for butter and jelly. Server looked at me like I had 2 heads huh???. Only the second time there and now, the last.
