I would imagine if the drive through window is not being used, an employee would gladly tell a customer that’s been sitting at the window for 5 minutes waiting. Not at this Papa John’s. They just ignore you and avoid eye contact but turn around and make comments to other employees “ i’m not doing drive through. “ After I sat at the window being ignored, I went inside and witnessed it with multiple vehicles. Amongst that, there were no 2 liters and instead of offering a refund, they told customers to take 2 20 ounce bottles. Not even close to the same size. Almost forgot to mention that not one of the customer’s orders were ready when they were supposed to have been, mine included. I can always forgive an order taking longer than expected due to a busy dinner rush, but not when the employees imply with their body language and attitude that you’re irritating them by coming into the store at all. So unprofessional.I will never step foot in this location again as well as advise friends and family to avoid it.

Absolutely horrible experience. We placed an order and it told us it was going to take over 2 hours to be delivered. We called to see if we could switch it over to pick up. We were placed on hold for over 10 minutes. The lady on the other side answered just to put us on hold again. Terrible customer service.

This store is the worst. I ordered 1 pizza at 6:10pm and by the updates I was suppose to receive my pizza by 7:07pm. After calling the store around 7:30pm about my delivery it was still there ans then j got a notification that it was going to be delivered by a door dasher. I received my pizza ICED COLD. This is tge 3rd time this happened and I will not be going back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS

Placed order today and when arrived I was informed the order didn't process. Without missing a bet I was informed they were going to fix the issue. I gotta say I'm in the customer service business and when you don't make excuses for errors and you just fix them...you can rest assured you have my business. I ordered from here last night. Had to do delivery from DoorDash, as delivery by Papa John’s was not an option. My pizzas were never delivered. To be fair DoorDash refunded what I paid, but that didn’t help the 5 people at my house who waited an hour and then had no dinner. I will never order from here again.

Placed an order for delivery at 130. 48 minutes estimated time. Tracker showed on the way, expected at 235. About 315 I called the store. I was told that she was on the way and had 3 deliveries but would be here soon. She arrived and handed me 3 large instead of medium pizzas and a side box. Told me the manager said, they're large instead of mediums call the store if you need to. When I called, because the pizza was nowhere near my order, she did offer to either send out new pizzas or she would refund the purchase.Will not be ordering from this location again.Amanda R, sorry they gave me your order. I hope you also got a refund or more pizza!

They offered no discount and were not apologetic. She said they were busy and didn't offer a refund. I had to ask for one when I canceled my order.

Worst pizza I've had in awhile. Very little sauce and very tasteless. Order extra cheese and didn't get that either. Frozen pizza is better won't go back.

Horrible service. Received an incorrect order, called and let them know and they acted as if I was inconveniencing them. Took over an hour for them to remake the order. The remake was undercooked and over sauced. Overall very poor experience.
