Slowest drive-thru in the history of drive dining. Was able to make a doctors appointment, cancel subscription to netflix, create possible cure for cancer, go back to my house, make bacon/eggs, come back in line, and still be in the same spot

I ordered my regular tea and was provided something other than what I normally order. I very kindly returned only to be "told" it was right...I'm certain it wasn't because peppermint makes my teeth hurt so I knew the tea was wrong. The Medicine Ball was remade and still incorrect. Seems like the staff is hit or miss...guess I will just pass on the tea from now on.

I just paid $5 for a grande beverage that was literally HALF FULL when I recieved it. That's absolutely ridiculous. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. I am so disappointed.

This location is always closed when we go by. Lately it's only been open until 1 or 2 pm Monday through Friday. I don't know if they are having staffing issues or what the problem is but honestly at this point they should just close this location.

I'm so glad that the drive thru star bucks in Rincon ga is back open. they have the best iced skinny caramel macchiato. and my granddaughter loves the vanilla bean frappe.

This place had promise for a bit, but inconsistencies are too much. I'm not sure if it's the staff, management, or owners. Something is off here. You never know if or when they will be open. Their hours don't match their activities. It's sad.
The only reason I only gave four ? stars is for lack of product consistency. I've always been given great customer service and pretty much every staff member I've dealt with or have come in contact with has been very polite. If my drink ALWAYS came out the same it would have been an easy 5 star rating!Side note my six year old is crushed that you've discontinued "her" unicorn ? cake pop! Kids????♀️??♀️

I just do not understand this location in Florida I loved Starbucks...since I've moved here every time I go into the Rincon Starbucks they are always out of anything I try to order, out of wraps, sandwiches, snack boxes, passion fruit I would not be surprised if they run out of coffee too

Even when the line is backed up, they operate very fast at this location. Currently you cannot go inside the facility due to the pandemic, but placing a mobile order or just ordering from the drive-thru works fine. They are always friendly here!
