I love captain D’s food. Unfortunately twice in a week my order was wrong. The first time the young lady at the window was very apologetic about the mistakes that she made. And that was great, but when I got home, she never really corrected the mistake. My order was still wrong. Today, February 27 about 3:50 in the afternoon my husband and I came by again and we placed an order. We had to wait about 15 minutes for it to be brought to the car. When the food got to the car we came home and it was not what we ordered. It was a fish sandwich and fries not the fish dinners that we ordered, I tried to call back. The young lady answered the phone. I asked for a manager and I had to hold on for over 30 minutes before I hung up. Tried several times to call back, and from that time on a message came on and said there was trouble with my call.My request is just takes some time train these young people. If you want to keep this great business going, train them.

CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS DOWN !! Yawl are NOT right at this location. Like are you even training your employees correctly? The employees here are going to run this business into the ground. Mark my words. I have came to this location a few times each time I come the young generation are like a disgrace to this company. Just make Captain D’s look bad. All I ever wanted was salmon dinner that’s it. Why do employees at these fast food chain want to make the customer life so hard just to order food with MY money to feed myself. Customer service is piss poor !!! Tonight they told me I can’t order salmon or anything grilled because the grill was down then I said it’s ok then she said wait the grill is up it’s going to be a long wait !! You know what don’t even worry about it .
