Firstly, I want to give a shout-out to the manager who was very professional and polite with awesome customer service skills. The restaurant was closing, and I told him how I drove from xyz to get a pepperoni boat pizza that I've been craving for the last two days. He politely took my order. So it was made to order fresh. Deep dish is really amazing, but it takes so long. We waited 1.5 hours last week and almost 2 hours this week. We ordered online where it said it would only be 45 minutes or less each time. They have a disclaimer the time isn't accurate, but still frustrating to wait over an hour in cramped store each
