First off, all the lights were off before closing. It looked like they were closed. I drove right past it as I couldn't even see it. Ordered a 30 count and nugget kids meal and the chicken was completely cold and old. Missing some of our sauces. You get a certain amount for a 30 count and then 2 for a kids meal. We didn't even receive the full amount for the 30 count. Fries were good at least. 2 unsweet drinks, asked for extra splenda received 5 total, not enough. Everyone seemed nice enough, but the attention to detail was lacking. 30 minutes before closing, I get it, they want to go home. But people spending their money expect to still receive a decent quality experience. I wouldn't have cared if the nuggets were warm, but cold and obviously old was unacceptable. I haven't been to this chikfila in a long time, but I'd think twice about going back.

Sandwich chicken seems smaller here than at other chick-fil-a restaurants. Service was good. Atmosphere was good. There is a corner stressing area that is somewhat messy looking. A lot of chick-fil-a restaurants seem to have let the ball slip in all 3 areas after COVID, I'm sad to say.

Just encountered the rudest cashier I've ever met at Chick-fil-A!! She completely missed my hand with the change and then rolled her eyes and didn't say anything or apologize for dropping my chains on the ground. And was just very rude the whole encounter. Which is weird cuz Chick-fil-A usually has very nice cashiers. I will not be going back to this one!!!!!!

I wish servers would stop addressing tables of guests as "we". The server is not having dinner with the guests. There were some very awkward interactions with our server because of this.

The market salad is my go to whenever I am in the mood to eat healthy. Try it you won't be disappointed. I only hope they finish their location in Brunswick ga soon so I won't have to drive as far. But still worth the drive!
