I’m not typically one to leave a google review, but this place blew it out of the water! Coffee was good, but the BREAKFAST WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. 10/10 highly recommend. Expect me every morning I’m on island.

One of the best caramel lattes I’ve ever had. I’m glad we took the time to drive away from downtown to give this place a try!

From the three egg French omelette to the breakfast burrito you can’t go wrong. The avocado toast is the best I have ever had with a combination of spices, feta and heirloom tomatoes. Do not miss the opportunity to eat at the best breakfast/coffee shop on St. Simons Island and Sea Island.

This place has gotten better and better over the years! Food is fresh made, croissants are a must! Chicken salad is superb - everything we had has always been excellent. Coffee, like anywhere depends on the barista, typically very good.

This place is awesome. The coffee is incredible, but the made to order breakfast is worth the drive alone. One of the best breakfast spots I've been to anywhere, and easily the best on the island.

Great coffee and food! Very pleasant place to sit and catch up with a friend. Love the rotating art collection.

the $12 breakfast sandwiches were supposed to come on a croissant. They didn't tell us they were out of croissant - put it on plain white bread. We were disappointed but were willing to take the sandwiches anyway, but when we asked for salt and pepper they couldn't even find any - finally offered us some salt (had no pepper) from their cooking supplies - we asked for our money back (which they did give us). One person was apologetic, the other staff member was off their game (I prefer not to think they are always so rude). if you order coffee get the espresso - the brewed was so thin we poured it out.

If there were negative stars it would get -3 From the moment we walked in there was no eye contact from the 1 Barista behind the bar nor a greeting. Went to look at the menu and was close enough to reach out and touch the Barista but she was too busy speaking on her phone to even make eye contact and acknowledge we're standing there waiting to be asked if we needed help with ordering or the menu... after literally standing there 3-4 minutes we decided to walk out. There was no, "Oh I'm sorry can I help you"? Just continued conversation on her phone. We went because of the good reviews, truly wondering if those reviewers feel that's what customer service is?!? Went to Wake Up Coffee Company and that's more like it. They got 5 stars because I couldn't give them 20.

I'm not sure if this place is new, but I prefer to support local coffee shops and haven't really fallen in love with any of the ones on St. Simon's before now. I have to head to SSI for work pretty regularly, and I'm really happy to finally have a shop that I love. It was my first time here and when I visited today, the woman behind the counter informed me it was her first day and she was still learning how to make the drinks. I really appreciated her honesty rather than just flat out making my drink wrong, so I just ordered a regular drip and it was super good. Whatever roast they're using here is robust and earthy which is how I prefer my coffee. 10/10 will make this my regular shop when I'm down for work.

Good vibes and cool space. However, I popped in here for a quick take away coffee—one iced and one hot and for the two coffees is was $12. The high price is not worth the quality here. The paper straw got soggy before I could finish my drink, I hope the consider switching to the sturdier compostable straws. I also hope the quality improves because there is a lot of potential for a place like this in that particular location.

Local Brew has an excellent variety of coffee drinks and wonderful pastries in a welcoming decor. It also has a breakfast/ lunch menu offering a distinct selection of attractive breakfast/ lunch sandwiches and salads. Will also customize a dish for your individual taste or food allergies. All with a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Good coffee, great service, the internet worked and I was able to get some things done. The food looked real good too, but I was just there for coffee this time. ?

Such a nice coffee shop with a vast array of muffins as well as unique handmade breakfast items! Plenty of seating and located in a shopping center. The baristas were super friendly and helpful too! My boyfriend said it's the best cold brew he has had on St. Simon's yet!
