At that moment, Paris was without public transportation due a strik of drivers also it was heavy raining, so Mc Donald was overcrowded with large queues in bathrooms

I wasn't very impressed with how things were done at this location. I placed a curbside order and the amount of time it took to receive this order was crazy. They weren't busy at all, just a couple of cars in the drive thru. We ended up trying to walk inside but all the doors were locked. Finally we walked to the drive thru window to find out why it was taking so long. The lady in the drive thru window (very friendly), stated they were waiting on fries and they were short staffed. Now that's understandable due to the unforeseen circumstances but a ticket time of over 15 minutes is unacceptable, especially when there were only 2 cars that came through the drive thru.

I didn't even want to rate y'all 1 star today at at lunchtime....and usually i would give 5 stars...but your manager was very rude thru the drive thru and at the window.I work on st.simons every single day thru the week and spend a lot of money on food ..... please don't be rude to me when I'm spending money to eat there
I went in this McDonalds today about 1 PM and stood at the counter at least 10 minutes trying to get someone to take my order. Three employees were in the cooking area having a very animated converstation. One of them would glance at me occasionally and then go back to the conversation. I finally left with no food. Will NEVER go back there.

Did a curbside mobile order. Order marked complete after 20 min. Waited 10 min and went inside to find my food just sitting on the order table behind the counter. The person in the red Hogwarts hoodie was really rude and completely unapologetic. Just walked away from me mid sentence and the started talking about me to a coworker in back at max volume. Left me at the counter. When I did the mobile order the store was not that busy. Food and coffee were cold because it had been left out so long.

Worst customer service ever. Nobody would answer at drive through, inside cashier was rude and incompetent. Asked.for Orange juice and she handed me the empty cup (orange juice isn't at the machine, it's only behind the counter) when in asked if I could get orange juice in the cup she basically walked though me as if I wasn't there and muttered " I gotta get something outta my car" and left.This isn't the first horrible experience there, unfortunately my kids like McDonald's and every once in awhile it's convenience over logic. Bc I should have known better.Avoid this place

Is a good restaurant I usually do the mobile app order pretty fast I recommend you to download it to make things faster and smoother. Dining in or even so just waiting outside is always a pleasure with the customer service that they provide.
