Ordered pizza to be delivered to my son to the emergency room at CHOA, and the driver didn’t want to wait 4 minutes while I was speaking to the doctor and unable to go to the front desk and pick up my ordered pizza. Very unprofessional. Understand that he is on a schedule, but I am in the emergency room with my child who is hungry and waiting on his pizza. A little compassion and understanding would have went a long way.

This is the most absurd experience ordering pizza that I’ve ever had and it looks like I’m not the only person. It’s been well over an hour and my order hasn’t even started. NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. There is zero way the whoever owns this location has read these reviews because this type of service is the norm and has been going on for MONTHS! Ownership and management should be ashamed of how poor this is. The photo is the 3rd time I’ve called and been on hold for 10+ minutes each time without an answering.

Delivery - included a $4 tip for the delivery driver but on my card the charge was $14.00! I called & spoke to mgr and corrections were made to the charges.However, struck me as curious that he was quick to tell me the "1" and the "4" are next to each other...❓ Okaaaay, annnnd? Entering "14" rather than "4" requires entering an additional digit, correct? It struck me as odd --- I'd advise checking any charges with this store made using a credit/debit card.

This place is trying to STEAL From families, From CHILDREN for that matter!! I am trying to feed 35 kids, a FOOTBALL team of boys, and because of football I became a SLICE THE PRICE member now for 3 years!! I've NEVER had an issue until today!!! How dare the "General Manager" try to scam me saying that when I order 5 pizzas, I DONT get 5 for free, AS PER THE SLICE THE PRICE card says in WRITING right on the card and the website!! He rudely kept talking over me, cutting me off, stating I was wrong and literally told me to not call the store, but to order online and there's NO such thing as buy one get one! He was SO RUDE, nasty and unprofessional, trying to scam customers!! DO NOT CALL THIS DOMINO'S, and the General manager is making this store LOSE money, rather than increasing its revenue and cliental!

Conveniently placed order online and was ready in no time. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately they didn't get my order quite right -- left the Italian sausage off Italian sausage/black olive pizza. I didn't have the energy to drive all the way back.

This is the worst Domino's that I have ever ordered from. And I'm mad at myself for still using them because on several occassions they've messed up my order but they are close and my family from out of town was so hungry... However i've never been so upset by such awful service. Placed an order that took 2 hrs for the driver to try (I use that term loosely)and deliver and i live les than 0.2 miles away. He couldn't find my apartment didn't say sorry and then got frustrated because I couldn't help him figure it out and hung up the phone on me. I went to pick up my order and the driver (Kirby)cussed me out while the manager just stood there and eventually tried to hush him. I had to ask for a refund on my order and walked out with COLD PIZZA! This Domino's should be ashamed of how they treat their customers and they give Domino's a bad name.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My order was placed at 9:31. Called the store for an update at 10:40 as my tracker stopped moving. They were unable to give me any eta and only tell me my order would be sent out once the driver arrived back to the store??! I tried calling the store again for over an hour to no answer. My order finally arrived at 12:03 am, which at this point I of course told the driver I wanted to cancel. Do better, and if short staff give customers true eta and communication! Horrible experience

My husband delivered food tonight while on the road with work. He ordered food at 635p it's 819p and he has been on hold for an hour waiting for someone at this store to pick up the phone. He is going to bed without eating and all bc of gross negligence by a company that was a good business in the past. MAKE IT BETTER AND FIX YOUR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR BUSINESS!!!! Seriously this is not how businesses work!!! 2 hours and still no food!! This is the most ridiculous excuse for a business that I have ever seen! I called corporate and no one answered the phone there either!

Never ever order from this store. Ordered my pizza, 2 hours later nothing. Called the store and they hung up on me 2 times. I am done with Domino's altogether. You spend the money and receive nothing. Order at your own risk and waist your money.
