I had family in from Nevada the hostess had a sour look never smiled we ordered Ribeye baked potato salad steak was well done ordered medium shrimp was cold green beans were cold no hush puppies and hamburger steak was cold potato was cold no butter sour cream or tartar sauce potatoes would not melt butter the only thing good about this meal was the tea and we didn't even get refills will never come back

We pulled up to get our order. But for some reason, I'm not sure why the young man didn't want to come to our row. There was no parking available, so we had to park in the back row.There was a young lady who came to our car and treated us the same as if we were in the front row.We gave a nice tip, and as we encouraged her to stay true to she is with or without a tip.But ,when we got home and ate the chicken, it was rushed and undercooked. Well, 1 out of 2 ain't bad, ?

Family tradition once a year we all travel to Savannah from all over and celebrate my mother’s birthday. This year there was a difference in the quality of food and service. It was the worst. We will not be returning. The food was terrible, not seasoned and over cooked. The service was nonchalant and seemed to be irritated.
Overall it was a horrible experience.
