My friends and I walked in 2 minutes before closing as the two young adults were beginning to breakdown for closing. They could have told us they weren’t open, but instead served us with smiles on their faces. They were sweet and genuine. We really appreciated it and the ice cream was super delicious. Thank you!

This Cold Stone is located in the Twelve Oaks Shopping plaza in between Publix and a nail salon, tucked away in a little corner. I'm torn on my review because although their ice-cream is always tasty the customer service is consistently lacking.I am very aware that Covid had a huge impact on the service industry but this problem predates Covid. It may have simply exacerbated the issue. The workers always seem annoyed that you have walked in and it shows in the way your food is prepared. I'm not sure if the older Indian man is the owner or the manager but him in particular seems to be very unhappy everytime the bell goes off.On this visit the store was fairly empty. One table inside had 2 guests eating their ice-cream and one person was placing their order. As I walked up to the counter I was not greeted or even spoken to. He simply just stared at me. At this point I just want to place my order and be on my way. The mix ins that come with my order were non existent, I ordered the gotta have it and basically received the ice-cream with no nuts or brownie. When I commented, the Indian man visibly rolled his eyes and tossed additional toppings as if my request was a huge inconvenience. Again, I enjoy the ice-cream but I won't visit again because of the customer service. I can't see myself spending money where I feel like a burden and inconvenience.

The store is older, but clean. Friendly staff for the most part. 2 love it size was almost $13. Plenty of flavors and toppings to chose from. They also offer ice cream cakes and delivery via Grub Hub.

My German ice cream was AMAZING ? THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB! Service was really quick even though the line was out the door.. definitely recommend this location!

Amazing customer service. The gentlemen in there take their time to make sure everyone gets a great experience. Just picked up a ice cream cake and I was amazed at how personable they were despite the long line. They got me in a out in no time. Its important to mention I called about the cake a few minutes before and they still made it happen.

Omg! When I tell you this place is a slice of heaven, it is. ?. The lines are long but moves swiftly. The icecream combo I usually go for is the mixture of french vanilla, cotton candy, carmel, and pecans! You can mix any flavor and additons that you like, the waffle cones are always fresh, and the icecream smooth. I hate icecream that is freezer burnt, milkish like, and just bland, but this place icecream is so creamy, fresh, and rich in flavor! The customer service is exceptional, and there is an outdoor table area to sit and eat your icecream with shade. There aren't any discounts that Im aware of here, but the prices are so great that you really don't need any, you get what you pay for. I recommend if you have a sweet tooth and in the area, stop by!

Just came to give this a good review, honestly way better than most ice cream places around here! I was a loyal customer to Marble Slab Creamery, but because friends of mine had been discriminated by the owner and was recommended to try this place out by said friends, this is by far a way better experience. In comparison, the ice cream is better quality and worth the price, even shockingly cheaper! If you want ice cream, even if you have to drive, I suggest this place because I live an hour away and my ice cream never melts into soup and is always soft!

Yikes! Blows to leave this as it is usually a pleasant experience. Today was NOT! For starters I wanted to taste a new flavor and was told they do not do any tasting - which is a first! I decided to just stick to what I know and ordered my normal order. This time I payed close attention to the order as I normally just pay - without looking at the specifics of the transactions. One of the mix ins was yellow cake. The pieces of the cake are not all equal. He grabbed a piece that looked broken off so I asked for an additional piece. Bare in mind it is for a size : love it. I normally pay for a create your own and 1 mix in. This time they charged for 2 .( 1 mix in is included). This is not the first time it happened. The pieces are not the same and if that is the case they should have a standard. Not sure if I’ll be willing to give them another shot. Just another reason to stick with the locals. Vs chains.

I love Cold Stone but was very disappointed with the customer service of this one. My 7 year old niece was very excited to order her ice cream. She wanted two scoops of two different flavors. Upon ordering she told the person she wanted “two scoops together”, and the person serving her mixed her two different flavors, which is not what she wanted. She just wanted two scoops side by side. We were not upset as she is a kid and it was her wording that threw the order off. However, when I approached the counter to re-order for her as she didn’t like how the two flavors tasted mixed together, the guy proceeded to chastise us about wasting food as we threw the first cup away. Yes, I get with inflation and everything else prices are elevated, but as I told him she is just a child (she is 7)and we are teaching her to order on her own, he proceeded to keep lecturing us about wasting food yet again. Yes, I understand the frustration but everybody makes mistakes, we only threw away one cup, and we had already stated we did not mind paying for the thrown away cup if we had to. She will not be the first or the last and after we told him she is just a child, he should have left it alone. I’ve worked fast food and if I got frustrated and went off on somebody for every single time they got their order wrong and needed something changed or taken off, I would be rich enough to not have to work fast food She did not order wrong on purpose or to hurt the business and to do that in front of a child, clearly upset her and made her feel worse for a simple common mistake. Now I am afraid she will not speak up again to order, which is what we were working on in the first place. Is this how you treat every customer?
