The main reason we went in today was because I was craving a chocolate iced donut, mind you we weren't in around 3:15 pm so I knew it was a long shot. Nonetheless, they still had about ten filled donuts and cake donuts left. I asked for the remainder of the filled and two of the cake to finish a dozen off. Now....in our area there are two Dunkin restaurants and just like the other store, we received filled donuts that were either not filled at all or had less than a teaspoon of filling. For the price it simply wasn't worth it. I'm disappointed at best and will not be returning since this isn't the only location we have had this issue with.

I just got done with ordering a latte which tastes good but an older guy named Mark was rude and disrespectful towards me. I walk in with no greeting and he was just unprofessional saying I have to let him know I’m here because they could not hear me come in. Really? If you are an employee the proper thing is to greet a customer when they walk in.

After placing a mobile order it took 20 plus minutes to receive our order and each individual customer that was in the line took them 3 to 4 minutes to be able to speak to someone on the receiver and so after a very long week we finally received our food with no apology or sincerity just giving her food and left.

The only one near Savannah and has the worst staff nasty donut racks can't make a signature latte correctly. Nor even have the decency with no one is the building customer wise and I have to wait 5 mins to not even be greeted nor served walked right out lady with long red hair and the drive thru lady just standing there talking the whole time not even acknowledging a customer at the front waiting to be served terrible customer experience with the passed 3 times coming worst establishment in Savannah!

First of all why do they close the doors to the lobby at 5pm? Anyway, picked up an order at the drive through for DoorDash. They ordered a lemonade type drink and a 6 pack of doughnuts. I was the only one in the drive thru and didn’t look like anyone had been there for a minute. The drink was ready (and clearly watered down) yet it took them literally 8 minutes to put 6 doughnuts into a box. I know they didn’t just cook those doughnuts so why did it take 8 minutes? The lobby was closed so they weren’t tending to other customers. No one else in drive thru. I read a bunch of the other reviews and I do think they all are right on the ball. This place is really not good. Not easy to get to during breakfast, lunch or dinner and they close the lobby at 5 even though they don’t close until 7. I just don’t get any of it.
