Service and food quality is not what you would expect from Ruth Chris. We had a party of 8 and all at the table were in agreement that it was lackluster. Everything from forgotten orders, overcooked steaks, and dirty dishes. Dinner service took 3 hours. Thank goodness was we had food company to pass the time.

We have patronized this business often, over the last 3+ years, because we were always pleased with food and the service, however; this last visit, along with the visit prior to this one has been very disappointing. We have always had great servers and wait staff, along with incredible food. The visit before this past Saturday, (which was several months ago,) there were lights out all over the Ladies room, and it was still dark on Saturday. We had a server, (older female; short blond hair,) who was an engaging person. We have always had servers who were very engaging. We both had extremely, overcooked broccoli, and my husband's steak was dry..overall—pretty disappointed with this visit to celebrate my birthday.

Had booked for dinner in the Dining Room, got the Back Room with Children. Ask to be reseated told we would have to wait back in the Lobby a while, we declined the wait. The drinks, wine and cosmo took a long time, we asked for a Cocktail Straw, never happened. Order 2 Salads, one without croutons, got croutons on both. For Entrees, 1 Filet and 1 Lobster Tail. The Steak was over cooked and the Plate was not the 500 degrees of past. The Baked Potato was so cold the butter just lumped on it. Children crying so loud , just wanted to eat and get put. Ordered another round of drinks in the middle of this took a long time. The mixed one came, asked about the wine, took a while. After Dinner ordered an Expresso, told machine was broke. Got coffee in petite Cups, didn't get the sugar and cream that was ordered. Got the 319.00 check , immediately took care of it in order to get out after 2 hours and 45 minutes. Got home reviewed the check copy to find out we were billed $32.00 for a 3 rd glass of wine we didn't have. The Waiter was constantly apologizing to the Patrons, seems much of the problems we're in the Back End. We're locals and eat fairly regular at the Sav'h Ruth's Chris and we travel to Buckhead Atl we eat there. The two use to be equally comparable but not anymore, more of a Tourist Trap where they not returning. Appears recently this one was sold, still no excuse.

Excellent customer service. The food is wonderful. The only exception is that the mashed potatoes were very thin and almost bland. And, the cheesecake tasted sour and had a cake-like texture. Perhaps this was just an isolated issue because they both have been much better in past visits. Overall, my husband and I were satisfied.

We celebrated my mother's birthday and they were kind enough to set up the table for us with some cute decor. Our server Luis was so attentive and informative. He was the highlight of our night, after the lamb chops of course. The table next to us was served by ‘Sasha', we overheard quite a bit of their conversation and she was an excellent server as well. My 6th or 7th time at this location, new servers but great to see they are all amazing!

This was our third visit to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Our other two were in Baton Rouge, LA and in Texas. Every visit has in their own way been an amazing experience. The staff was amazing, professional, kind and especially attentive to my husband and I as he’s currently disabled. During this visit we celebrated his 48th birthday and I have to say that Sasha’s service was absolutely amazing. I truly hope she can take care of us every time we go back. Thank you all for the experience. I appreciate you so very much!
Everything was fantastic. My meal was fantastic. My service by Emanuel and nick was outstanding. The two of them seem like they were sitting at the table with us. They gave us so much service and it was very much appreciated by myself and my wife. I would definitely be back here again on my next birthday weekend thank you so much.

My sisters and I enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Savannah Ruth Chris! We went for our dad's one year death-versary since it was his favorite restaurant! Our serve Sasha was so kind and helped add to our experience. The inside of the restaurant is well-kept and up-to-date.

My wife and I and my son and daughter in-law were visiting Savannah for the week to celebrate their mutual birthdays. We decided to cap it off with dinner at Ruth’s Chris which is our go to restaurant for family celebrations. As always, the steaks, salad and sides were prepared perfectly. Joshua did a great job of taking care of us and my son and daughter in-law received a nice dessert for their birthday. It was a great evening with excellent food and service. We can always count on Ruth’s Chris to deliver a great evening of top notch dining.
