i have honestly never been here and had my order be correct. I tried coming inside. making mobile orders. anything to try to get a different outcome & nothing worked. after explaining multiple times that i nor my boyfriend eat pork my burgers always have bacon. its never hot. my burger only ever has ketchup after putting it in to have mayo and mustard. then if i sit at the window to check, im yelled at to pull forward when theres no way to turn around. and i also started to make mobile orders so i wasnt rushed to have my order complete. the food and service sucks! then when there was hair in my food, i wasnt asked if i wanted a refund or wanted it remade.. i was just looked at.

What a GREAT staff! Placed a mobile order. Was greeted at the door, food was prompt and hot. Staff was unbelievably nice to each other. This was a very refreshing change from what I normally see in a fast food place. Ya’ll were awesome. Keep it up!

Almost every time I order here the person taking my order is rude and rushed me through my order, this last time I had to say "I'm not finished ordering" twice bc the person kept giving me total and telling me to drive around.

I did an order on the app and ordered a few things. One of those things being a frosty. When I got there and went through the drive thru, they said everything was ready. When I received my food, I didn’t receive my frosty. When I asked about it, I had to show them my receipt to prove I had ordered one. They then told me the machine wasn’t working. I then asked to be refunded for the frosty that I paid for. Someone else, I’m assuming a manager, came to the window and said I have to do it through the app. Then said hang on one sec and never came back. The young kid working the window came back a few minutes later and asked me to pull forward. I never received my refund because there isn’t an option on the app to request a refund. The online order said everything was fulfilled. Communication by staff could’ve been significantly better and kinder. Wendy’s also needs to work on their app to make it more user friendly. The food I did receive was excellent tho besides not having a lot of cheese on the loaded fries.
Best Wendy's in a long while. Everything we ordered came the way we asked. Fries were hot and fresh. Service was very good as well.

Although this location has a lot of teenagers working, especially at night, I’ve never had bad food or a dull moment. I will continue to keep coming here because this Wendy’s will give you good food and great entertainment. I love when I come in the lobby and they are singing, funny songs, or they’re just enjoying each other‘s company at work.

Employees just hang out inside... leaving you to sit at the drive thru speaker with no acknowledgement. Lights are on, everything's on, no closed for meeting sign to indicate why they're at work, but not serving in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. Finally asked to take an order, but then said they're closed. Waste of space and everyone's time.
