Very poor representation of the Starbucks brand. Consistently either out of product (oat milk, egg white bites, etc ) or service is subpar. Get it together, for real.

These girls need help and they need to learn customer service and how to take orders and care! I’ve never had a bad experience at Starbucks but this was the 1st! The girl charged me for 2 drinks when I only ordered 1 ??‍♀️ bad service!!!

My wife went to get a coffee this morning. There were two employees present, behind the counter. They were about one yard away from my wife. They were having a conversation and ignoring my wife. My wife was the only person in line/the only customer. She waited for them to acknowledge her and come to get her order. They ignored my wife. After about 7 minutes, she left and went to Dunkin.The service at this Starbucks is pathetic. Dunkin was good.

Deliberately overlooked and ski going to the front counter and asking what’s going on with the doordash orders.It’s very passive aggressive and bad service.Go to another Starbucks unless you’re a regular and know them by name over 10 orders. I was there so long I learned how the process goes.The labels come out and are posted at the bottom of a shelf.My label was there when I walked in and labels kept coming out and my order wasn’t even looked at. Mind you my order was halfway done so the food was getting cold while the drinks were never made.It took another 10 minutes after

I ordered a grande cookie crumble Frappuccino and once I got my frappe it looked like she poured the whole bottle of mocha in it and didn't add any cookie crumbs to it and didn't tell me they didn't have whipped cream till afterwards I was running late so I didn't have time for them to remake I would like something to be done !

I genuinely enjoyed spending my money here. The customer service was excellent. From drive up to leaving was very fast. I felt as though they cared about giving great service. The coffee was soooooo good. Great job Starbucks.

In all the occasions that I have gone, something is always needed, they say they do not have it, how is it possible if you charge the same price, they should have everything that is needed to make an order as they ask for it.

Consistently do not have standard items. Only get an extra star because they might be stocked once in a blue moon. This morning, did not have matcha for the green tea, and the oven was broken and could not heat up egg bites. The worker (yep, the barista name does not qualify here) did not apologize for the inconvenience. Just had blank untrained customer service look. Need training. I'm done with this location. Do better!!

I ain’t gonna lie the baristas be trying they hardest, a lot of them be alone in the morning, evening or night and have a lot of patience to deal with these ungrateful people. Even if the oven be breaking down or they can’t scan the QR code it ain’t they fault. Word to my mother they all need a raise.
