/24 Why would you make one whole drive-thru lane a mobile only pick up lane? There were 20+ cars backed up in one lane deeming the whole parking lot useless, and one, 1, car in the mobile lane. Chic fil A's efficiency in getting people in and out is the main reason I go here. Please don't screw that up. I'm not the only one, I wouldn't think that is a customer because of the efficiency. Hopefully it's just this location. Good food though. Hot and fresh.Why do I love it? Its Chick fil A....do I need another reason? Always superb!

ROCK! my chicken minis are hard as a RICK! It’s absolutely ridiculous ? usually they are so great but the past 2 weeks it’s been like this over and over. I spent almost $50-$60 every morning. This is absolutely NOT ok!

This particular chick fila always leaves things out of the bag... like dressing for a salad! Or, utensils to eat the salad. I work from home, they are convenient... but unfortunately, we are finding ourselves going out to the Sugarloaf restaurant. And the fries are mostly the but of the potato or crumbes that are cold!
The manager(s) and staff at this location are super helpful and sweet! I had an issue today with my order through the app, and both the staff and managers assisted in resolving my manner both promptly and kindly. I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the specific manager who approached me, nevertheless I left this location very happy today thanks to their great service!

Why , you Georgians love this place. I have no idea. It's mediocre at best. Matter of fact the best thing about this place is their sauce that you can buy at the store now. I only go here when I get tired of eating what I really want to eat. Mostly because it's a cheap meal alternative. But , it's not great or special tasting. It's average and actually corny. Georgians love it and I have no idea ' Why '.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair access in front entrance.

They need to work out kinks with the mobile-thru line. It moved much slower than the other line. The scan QR code didn't work. I was in line for 30 min for breakfast. Just a suggestion , allow mobile scans in the beginning of the line and not near the window. Orders will get out

Chick-fil-A is getting just as bad as all the other fast food places. I just got a yogurt for breakfast and the bowl is so small you can’t mix the granola in it. $5 and at first I’m ok with bc I know things have gone up but to change up on your bowl size Wow….Trick-fil-a
