Literally took one bite of my sandwich, flipped it over and there’s hair. I don’t know why but something told me to flip the sandwich over and thank God I did because I’m pregnant. This is nasty. Idk what this black stuff is either. I only got a BLT. Whoever is working the drive thru is rude as well, seems like everytime I order I’m being rushed to order my food.

Good spot to grab a burger, although the menu is a bit broader. Burgers are served up hot and fresh. Kind of average. Fries are not to bad, Cook Out signature style. Shakes are really thick, get a spoon. After I ordered the person at the register began finger combing their hair, did not wash their hands and then went to food prep for the people before me.
Usually, there is no problem except a wrong order once in a while, but this time was the worst. There was a long hair cooked I to the bacon that my son ate half of before realizing it. So gross! I am adding the photo. I'm not sure if you can see it.

I just want to acknowledge Kenovia for her lovely customer service! She greeted us in the drive thru with a smile even though it was within 15-20 minutes of closing. Nowadays, it has increased with the amount of people providing mediocre or poor customer service, and I commend her for assisting us with our order and requests. I hope she is acknowledged for the great work as its workers like her that have me favor and return to specific locations due to commendable staff! I am very specific in who I acknowledge because not all staff may be like this, but this review is honest to my experience.
Cook Out in Snellville left me with mixed feelings. While the food was undeniably good, the customer service was below average. Unfortunately, the interaction with one staff member, in particular, was less than pleasant; the girl seemed rude. Despite the service hiccup, the delicious food somewhat compensated for the less-than-stellar customer experience. Improved service would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience at this location.

I really enjoyed the food, I really enjoyed the DJ, and my friends and I and my family and I had so much fun. The food could’ve been seasoned a little better like the jerk chicken and lemon pepper chicken, but everything else was great.

Come to this location often as it’s the closest to my house. They are hit or miss on getting orders correct. I came by on 02/01/24 and ordered 3 trays. I asked for dipping sauce for my tenders and noticed it wasn’t any in my bag when I pulled off. No biggie! I parked and went to the walk-up window.I stood there for 10 minutes and in those 10 minutes a young man walked past the window TWICE and made eye contact TWICE but never came to the window! I had to bang on the window for him to acknowledge me. All I needed was the sauce they failed to put in my bag. The crazy part is a plan clothed individual who I assume was the manager was right near the window and didn’t even notice or acknowledge that I was there. I normally don’t make reviews because I know fast food workers have it hard sometimes but today was utterly ridiculous!Poor customer service is a pet peeve of mine and I may not be returning to this location because of it.

I've given up on this location. They consistently mess up my order over simple things. Wait time today for take out was a combined 20 minutes. Remade my order and still got it wrong. The chicken was more the size of a strip than a filet.
