On yesterday, I wasn't going to visit originally, but something led me to continue to go & see if they were open. I enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere as well as the kind spirit when speaking with the owner. The Yogurt is so creamy & smooth! I love the additional, comfortable seating. I do plan to visit again soon without a doubt. If you want a professional experience & service from one of the kindest owners that I've met in a long time, then you should definitely support this location. Thank you for your service & you're kindness simultaneously.Kid-friendliness: My sons have been constantly asking about Boba Tea & on yesterday this business made both of them happy campers. ?

I visited this place a few years ago. The frozen yogurt was good but I have had better. At that time and perhaps the restaurant still does have a fish tank. I was highly disgusted when I saw a worker reach into the aquarium barehanded. I do not know what he was trying to do or retrieve but it was appalling especially when he returned to working as if this was acceptable! I love frozen yogurt, ice cream, custard, etc...just not at Five Spot!

Literally just left this place with my family of 6. We've come here for years always as a large group, but after today will never return. I'm a tart flavor person, and I always get the same thing with chocolate chips on top. Today the tart was not tarty, but with some lightly sweetened and metallic taste. I had my husband and 4 kids taste it to make sure it wasn't just me. They all agreed with same assessment. I got up and asked if I can possibly get it remade. The guy tried to tell me there's nothing wrong with the product. I asked if he would please taste it to be sure. He did and claimed that's how it always taste, but I assured him that I as a customer always get this same flavor and it does not taste right. He did not budge so I waited to talk to the young lady. She then tells me to get a new cup. I proceed to toss other cup in trash and fill another cup with a different flavor but same toppings, however I did fill it a lot less with the mindset to make sure it was equivalent to previous cup that was well over the brim of the cup. I am told to come to the counter and the guy tells me a cost of $11 and something. I go over to the girl and ask "Why would you tell me grab another cup and trash my old cup just to have me pay for an entirely new cup of yogurt?" I called my husband and we went back and forth about why can't we just do it as an even swap or get a refund. The girl was asking the guy to dig the old cup out the trash to reweigh it to determine if it was equivalent to the new cup saying they can't give us free product. We didn't ask for free product just quality product that was already paid for and decent customer service. You'd rather put a trash contaminated cup back on the scale where others are weighed rather than make a wise and non-confrontational customer service decision. After years of business with you and never having requested replacement, this is ridiculous. I would appreciate an apology once y'all realize something is indeed wrong with the tart flavored yogurt.
