This place has got to be one of the worst LC pizza establishments I've visited! As I waited to be assisted with a hot-n-ready pizza. I'm very observant and noticed the young man preparing multiple pizzas had NO GLOVES on, so I told him he need to have on gloves handling customers food! He was grabbing handsful of pepperoni's (bare-handed) throwing them on the pizza! Then we get our cheese pizza and it was horrible! Hardly no crust- super then, sloppy' hardly no cheese! This was my first and last visit to this location! Whomever own that location need to tighten up!

This location is terrible. I ordered 2 pizzas and crazy bread to be picked up around 9 on a Friday. Go to the establishment & the MF looked closed. I went to the door & clearly see someone in there but no one opened. I even saw my finished order in the portal. You call them to speak to someone and the phone just keeps ringing. Funny thing is, this location was better than the one on Centerville but now they both have run half staffed or staffed with teenagers that sit in the back and politic. I understand that lots of fast food establishments underpay some of their employees, but these kids deserve minimum wage.

This is not the best location for pizza from little Caesars.theres always. Something ,Everytime I come here either the staff is not very prompt or they couldn't provide me with what I wanted off of the menu.the employees are rude and use very adult language no matter who's present,so if you come here you may want to leave the little ones in the car.i would use a different location all together..but that's just me....Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair accessible.
I went to this establishment @ 8 p.m. The front of the building signs were off. No "open sign" or Little Caesar's light display. Knowing they stay open til 11 pm as advertised. I asked the cashier for a Little Caesars Extra Most Bestest Pizza. I asked him if this was the best one? What I received was a hard stale pizza that was over-salty in sauce...???

I am giving one star because you cannot give 0 stars. I had a very large order I wanted to place. I wanted to speak with someone in person to make sure there were no issues. I went about 30 minutes after they opened. I could see someone working inside. The door was locked. I could not get anyone to come to the door. I called. No one would answer the phone. I wanted about 20 minutes with the same results. Phone would ring and ring with no answer. Won’t be using them.

This place is absolute trash. The people "working" here are absolutely miserable and shouldn't have any contact with other humans. Place is filthy, with people running in and out of the place that don't even work there. Don't believe online wait times, they do not apply. Avoid this location at all

Wish I could leave zero stars! At the beginning of Nov I ordered (and paid for) 8 pizzas online, for an after school club for elementary kids. Arrived two hours later to get my pizzas. The guy was totally apathetic. He told me they were out of cheese, and someone went to get some. He kept telling me they were almost there - strung me along for 40 mins. I finally had to leave, so kids wouldn't be unattended at the after school club. The guy couldn't care less that 30 kids would be disappointed. He said he refunded me - but 20 days later, still not refunded to my card. Had to call corporate - eternal hold, twice. Finally got through and they could also care less. No apology. Said they were going to finally refund me (3-5 days). We'll see.

The employees are extremely inappropriate and have zero customer service etiquette. I'm not sure if they were allowing their friends and family in behind the counter or not however it doesn't take 10 young adults to make 4 pizzas at the end of the night (closing). They were in the back having inappropriate conversations and a couple of them while I was waiting for my order asked "What did you order again?"

Placed order around 7:40pm. Arrived at store at 8:30pm store was closed. Multiple people arriving had the same issues. App is letting people order food and store closes early. No signs stating store closes down early either.

Hot and Ready just doesn't apply anymore. Hasn't for the last year. Service is just too slow, workers don't have much interest in working. Maybe they're not getting paid enough or maybe management just doesn't care. Either way, not a fan od this location anymore.
