I never post reviews but I'm so sick of this PaPa Johns location (4000 Stone Mountain hwy, Snellville). I keep thinking the next time may be better but it's always a bad experience. The food is never ready in the timeframe provided. Order is usually incorrect, so you then have to wait for them to remake it. If you pay for extra cheese, they give you normal amount of cheese and says it's extra cheese. I will not spend another dime at this place.

The appearance of the pizza we ordered was not acceptable: the crust not even/round, ingredients not appropriately place. The manager was rude and unprofessional; he say his name is Pqully. I am a small retired 78 year-old woman who deserves better service.When I complained about the pizza, he said I should find another pizza shop I could be happy with. I shared with him that I had been a long-time customer and that I was certain the owner was in business to keep customers and not send them to other pizza companies. When I asked to speak with someone else, he asserted himself as the manager. When I asked for corporate customer service information, he left the counter for several minutes then returned with a sheet of paper with a phone number for Customer Complaints 877 275-7272 (the call went to a promotional recording about Medicare???).He asked if I wanted the pizza, I said, yes my husband is hungry. I proceeded to give him a $100 bill which he said he could not accept bills over $20. I told him I would go get a credit card. I reached for the pizza to take to the car and he snatched it from me. I was totally shocked by his behavior! I explained my intention to take pizza to car and return with a credit. He proceeded to say I couldn't leave with a free pizza! I asked him if he thought after offering him a $100 bill I would steal a $17.90 pizza!

takeout. surly bored employees. i ordered a thin crust with extra cheese, sausage and gr pepper. received hardly any cheese, and hardly any sausage and pepper. bland tasting, and was worst the pizza i have EVER had. the cardboard box started looking pretty tasty after a slice or two. had several pieces left over and i wadded them up in the box and pitched into the trash. NEVER EVER AGAIN !
