The food was terrible, service was worse, and the staff was unprofessional. There were four of us and at 2 in the afternoon on a Saturday, there were only 3 other people in there. That should have been my sign to leave. We waited about 45 minutes to get our food. The food was sub-par.

I placed a to go order, watched 10 other people walk in and out in front of me and I waited patiently for 40 minutes. I get home and the okra is burnt. The sweet potato fries are soggy (but that may be normal for to go). The people behind the counter acted as if my food was coming very soon and that I was being impatient when I asked politely after 30 minutes the status of my food. They did not answer me if my order was forgotten. Very disappointed with the service and the food quality especially considering how long I waited.I appreciate management offering to make up for it. I would be grateful to take them up on that.

This location is hit or miss. Food is usually quite tasty. The service is blah I'm telling you these young folks act as if your bothering them at their job. I would have given more stars but give the hit or miss with the good & mediocre service here they stand with a 3.

A friend and I went to the Snellville, GA location yesterday at 8:35 pm. As we were walking to the front door, one of the employees locked the door. My friend knocked on the door, the employee opened the door to tell us they were closed. We were questioning why, because they would really close at 9:00, why they couldn't at least prepare our 2 meals to go. Only 25 more minutes before they closed. She replied they were short staffed. But they were open all day, only 25 more minutes. We were the only White customers there. The employee saw 2 white guys and locked the door.

I ordered the two meat platter from the Shane's on Annistown rd. I got the half chicken with the bbq pork. The damn chicken was uncooked and the pork tasted like it was a week old. Just like card board. I'm sad to see that the standards have dropped after I just moved back and wanted to try some Shane's after years in cali. Never again. And how do you crack a plastic top. That indent is deep it sat like that for a while and you still sent it?

Terrible!The food was disgusting, chcicken tenders were hard and small, so small that the palm of your hand is bigger than the tenders, I kid you not, I measured them.You can pay over 11 dollars for them and not even the order of 6 will be enough to fill you up.Also the salt shaker at my table had grease and grime all over it, very gross.Hardly anybody comes here to eat, and I see why. The staff are friendly, but the food is just not good.

If you want quick & good bbq Shane has it. The fried okra was better than ever. I needed a quick fix for some folks that dropped by during my mealtime and I just made a bigger salad to go with my bbq it was right on. I wished I knew they were coming I'd pull out my grill and take the credit for the bbq. DELICIOUS ?

I love bbq and I really like Shane's, But my experience today wasn't great. Me and my family waited 30 minutes and our food still wasn't ready. Place was empty too. I asked how much longer the worker went and checked and I'm guessing they forgot a dine In order on top of all the pick up orders. I asked for my money back and 2 female workers had attitude about it (not directly towards me but still).
