So usually this Waffle House is awesome but I just went Thursday at 1am and “Serquita” our server was the most inhospitable intolerable server I’ve ever had at a sit down restaurant. Visibly annoyed when we said we wanted to dine in and not to take out. After her terrible attitude we switched to take out cause we didn’t want to be about her negative vibe anymore. Food is great. They need to fire her tho. She was more worried about sitting in a car talking to her boy friend than actually working and making a good tip.

Walked in and sat at an empty table. Clearly it needed to be wiped down, but that's normal for a Waffle House. No big deal. It was slightly busy, but there were plenty of people working. No one came to our table or said a word to us for at least 5 minutes. When she finally did say hi, she walked away as we were ordering to clean the table behind us... and didn't come back for several minutes. It was at the moment that she finally came back that my husband noticed a German Cockroach crawling across the back of our booth, right along my shoulders. We pointed the roach out to our server (who literally only stared at it and didn't say a word to us), stood up and walked out - which I have never done at a Waffle House. Won't be back to this one.

Was in there for about an hour, there were 3 tables with plates and trash and no one would clean them to sit the people that were waiting. When i finally sat at a table waited an extra 10 min and no waiter so i just got my family and left. Terrible service.

Best Waffle House. The place is very clean and the staff are amazing. Shay was very sweet and personable and she also works with a purpose. The other two ladies were sweet as well. Ebere was welcoming to every customer that came in.
Always a great breakfast! We moved from Illinois partly because of Waffle House. My husband loves breakfast. The waitress seemed irritated when we asked for coffee refills and a few other things we needed. It wasn't even that busy. We tipped her well anyway.

I’m very disappointed in this Waffle House location . I called to place an order no answer the machine said to come in person. I come in person for my order and I’m missing 3 items on my 2 plates I ordered I tried calling but of course the machine says to come in and they charged me a service fee for 2.50 and another to go fee for 2.50 that’s absurd when I don’t get any extra service to pick up my food as I ordered inside the store . They just took money from me and I didn’t even get the food I ordered to go correctly. Smh I’m very upset and will not go back to this location ! Management is terrible

The laziest crew of workers I’ve ever seen. They won’t pick up the phone, then when I pull up, they’re all standing around joking and on their phones, not a customer in sight! Just straight lazy and sitting on the clock. Y’all don’t even deserve a Waffle House check.
