didn’t know a cheese quesadilla could taste so bad. would rather eat a tree bark and sand sandwich with a side of spare tire. people just standing around riding the clock ignoring the 4am lunch rush like they have anything better to do

Went to get lunch and get 2 trays. Website said it was 499 for the combo. Got there at 739 evidently. They haven't updated their website in a long while and on top of that. All of the food sucked, three onion rings as assad.I mean, it's ridiculous nowadays at what you get.

Took over 15 minutes to get my food at 545pm. There was only 1 person in the drive thru ahead of me. Ordered unsweet tea and sure got a surprise when I got down the road and discovered it was sweet tea. Poor service.

Ordered 3 shakes. They gave me 1. When I explained, she thru in trash and acted like it was my fault. Also ordered a burger. Won't be back.
These 5 stars are for Ms. Cori only, I have been in this location several times and the employee never seen to have a good attitude but Ms. Cori was definitely the exception today 9/1 around 3:30pm. She was very pleasant, she had a great attitude, a good work ethic and was just an all around pleasant person to deal with. I don't typically come to this location anymore due to past experience but my daughter wanted a milkshake so we stopped and I was happy that we did after getting the pleasure of dealing with Cori!! She deserves a raise, when she wasn't helping us she was out sweeping the floors and cleaning tables. If I could give her alone 10+ stars I would.

We enjoy Cook Out because the price is right, and the menu is extensive! Love their milkshakes, especially. ? Delicious cajun fries! Love the cheeseburger quesadilla, but they got my order wrong the last couple times at this particular location. ? I really appreciate the Bible verse Cook Out adds to certain packaging; I've noticed it on cups. What a wonderful ministry. ❤️
I asked if they had any burgers with bbq on them and she said i could add it, so i did. When i got my burger there was no bbq so she took it and supposedly added the bbq. I knew i shouldve checked again but for some reason i trusted only to return home with a bbq'less burger. I was furious!

Loved the food here. The menu can be a little confusing when you're in the drive-thru so I'd suggest going to the website prior to going so you have an idea of what you want because once you're in line they kind of rush you. My favorite are the hush puppies!
