I want to say I’m very disappointed to say the least I hope they actually read this. We went between 7:30 and 8:00pm the line was already long not a problem did not mind the wait . Where I’m disappointed is we didn’t order much and I quote all we order was “ 3 medium Oreo blizzard and add brownie bites to 2 of them “ so normally when you order stuff like that the person is like this one is the one that don’t have xyz in it so you know which one is different . Not only did he not do that when I asked him which one was the one with out brownie he looked at crazy and said “ oh i don’t know “ like what? On top of that the order on the receipt was correct but when we got the chance to eat , it was incorrect. We received 3 blizzard : one regular Oreo , another oreo with brownie in it and the other one was a Reese or peanut one with Oreos at the top so it did look like a Oreo blizzard as well but was not . Which she does not like peanut butter so she couldn’t enjoy it but what if was a peanut allergy instead of just not liking peanut butter. That is dangerous because some people do have that allergy and can have a really bad reaction. So I’m very disappointed in the lack of regard of what was being served. Thank you for your time .

My husband and I always enjoy the Biscuits and Gravy Combo but, on this particular day it was unusually salty. So salty that we threw it in the trash. We mentioned it to the associate but she said that it was probably the sausage. She looked at us like we're crazy. Mr. &Mrs. William Smith.

I came to this Dairy Queen location while visiting Georgia. My day was made because they have wet walnuts and the location where I am from they stopped selling them. I ordered a royal New York cheesecake blizzard add wet walnuts. Technically when making blizzards your supposed to turn the cup over at the window but they did not. And it was too much strawberry liquid which made my blizzard not thick. Only disappointment!

This location has an amazing team and an even more amazing manager!Food is always yummy, warm, and made to my order. Never had anything missing or with the wrong ingredients.There was a bit of a wait on blizzards one day, and I order some fries to go with my blizzard. I got the fries before the blizzard, and had almost finished them before my blizzard was ready.The manager knew right away that my fries were for my blizzard and gave me a whole new set of fries to enjoy with my blizzard when it was ready. She is amazing! She deserves a raise, and working under her is experience to move up in this world!This Dairy Queen has my business for life, if they give that amazing manager what she needs and deserves to stay making that location amazing!

Literally have had a problem every time I've been there, blizzards are never fully mixed or are half vanilla ice cream. Have mixed up orders, given the wrong order, paid for the wrong order. Truly aggravating.
