Really nice staff, the food is pretty good and reasonably priced. It does seem to be understaffed pretty frequently so lines end up being long and slow.

We like to support smaller businesses, even smaller franchises, yet today put a damper on that.
After sitting in line for over 20 minutes, we were finally the second car from the drive thru window (granted there as only 4 cars ahead of us when we arrived). The barista reaches out the window and places a cone down saying the window is closed.
So that left us either going down the other side and waiting another 20-30 minutes to get to the window or go somewhere else.
That is not how you treat customers, very unprofessional.
And this was one of our dedicated shops to visit.

Good coffees and a variety of specialty drinks. It’s more the more pricey side and if there’s over 3 cars in line, be prepared to be waiting a long time for your order.

Really disappointed. I usually loveee coming to Ellianos when we come see my husbands family but this trip was awful. The wait was a good while because they only had one lane open. But usually to me the coffee would be worth it. I absolutely love (or used too) but the guys making it poured sooo much milk in it I couldn’t even taste the coffee and hardly the syrup.. thought maybe I just caught them on a rough day but seeing the reviews it’s not that.. hoping next time I come they get better service/management.

Waited in line to get coffee, 5 cars back. The lady was taking orders and handing out coffee and we get to window and she said this side is closed that’s why the cone is there. There was a cone 300 feet from window which wasn’t in drive up window lane and all she could say was get in other line which had 6 cars in it. Never again, my time is valuable. You lost a customer that was a frequent customer…

Only one side was open & the line was 7 cars deep. I had ordered in the app and we called 2 times but no one answered. Sometimes they bring it out if it is ready!
By the time we got to the window, they handed out warm coffee. It was disappointing especially after having to wait close to 20 minutes.
Only coffee place in town that offers coconut milk. Great selection of flavors!

Never get the order right. Pretty basic drink. The waiting time is usually ridiculous. They close one side during a rush. Or close the window when you’re next and tell you to get in line in the other side after already waiting at least 15 minutes. Why have a double window? Not much better with the customer service. Not very friendly. I’ve given several chances and tip well. My $8 drink will not be coming from here anymore.

I have only ordered from this place once. My sister liked coming here because it is the only place in town that makes the drink she likes. Having said that she comes often and for whatever reason her drink is never correct. Her drink is simple and she tips well. After waiting 20 mins in line I was asked to drive around to their side where now I’m the 5th car in line. Super unprofessional as well un friendly. Will not be going back!!!!!

Sos ownership your coffee shop needs you. Waited in line for 30 minutes for the girl to put a cone out and close her window down at 11:40AM for shift change?! Told all the cars in our line to go get in the back of the long line on the other side (insert mind blowing emoji). A lot of pissed off customers. Definitely needs intervention.
