I just don't really care for the food at Panera. Simply personal opinion.

Ordered via app and of course the only side available is an Apple (who really wants a friggin Apple as a side for any thing?) no baguettes or chips. After I place my order, the store calls me and says they are out of bread bowls. How is Panera BREAD out of BAGUETTES AND BREAD BOWLS? From reading other reviews, it seems like this restaurant has supply issues. I had quit coming here for a long time because the quality of the food for the price was getting to be a bit ridiculous, but now I probably won’t ever be back.

Got disgusting slimy greens seemed old lettuce and no crutons on a cesar salad? I know I added stuff but I did pay extra for all of it. Lesson learned.

Favorite quick lunch bite. Food is great and app is easy to use for a quick order. If you haven't tried a breakfast sandwich on an asiago bagel I would recommend it at least once.

The drive thru lady was very friendly. My first time getting breakfast from here. I had the sausage, egg & cheese on a brioche bun. It was awesome.

I ordered through the drive thru. My order was completely wrong which is okay. I came back and told them my order was wrong and was very respectful about it because I work in customer service as well. There was no acknowledgment, no apology. I was treated like I was an inconvenience to their day when they had got my order wrong and I ended up apologizing to them because I felt bad I even came back. I don't think I will be back.

normally i get everything i order, but this time i was missing 3 things out of my order, didn’t get the proper order either, they downgraded my soup size. they forgot to take stuff out that i asked for to not be put in. etc.
