I visited this restaurant today after placing two online orders. After arriving home after picking up the orders, I noticed that one of the sandwiches that I ordered was made incorrectly. I called the store to inform them of the error & was told to "Just take the onions off." I asked the worker what did she mean by just take the onions off & she repeated what she previously said & also said "I don't understand why you're making a big deal about onions." This young employee had no knowledge of if I was allergic to onions or not, especially with them already touching other parts of the sandwich and showed me that she did not care.I immediately became frustrated asking her why wasn't her first response to remake the sandwich. She yelled & said "You didn't ask!" and continued to be very disrespectful, further provoking me to a state of anger. I told her that this was the worst customer service experience that I have had in this city & her response was "Well leave remarks on the customer survey."To whoever the manager & owners are of this restaurant - PLEASE stop hiring young, disrespectful employees who do not care about customer retention or service. I have been to this restaurant several times & have never experienced such disrespect as this. I will never return to this place of business & neither will anyone in my family!

Those 2 new faces me and my kids never seen but no there car will eat at there anyday. They both was extremely nice and had excellent customer service they both love there job cause our food was made wit love and care and something they would eat. We really appreciate it because it hard to come by food service workers who actually cares about how they feed you. The lady and Gentlemen was very professional.

It’s 9:05 on 8/16/23 I’m pulling up to go inside and the lady literally locks the door in my face and walks into the back. When they close at 10!!! I go to call and they don’t even pick up the phone….how sorry

The manager was nasty, vitriolic, and extremely, unusually disrespectful. I have always patronized Subway and it really shocked me to be treated with such disrespect by an employee. When I asked for the name and contact info for the manager, that’s when she proudly declared that she was the manager. At that point asked for the info for the district manager. To which she replied she didn’t have any paper to write. To which I replied my receipt would be ample paper to write the info on. I’m glad this opportunity presented itself for me to state publicly what my experience was at this particular Subway. I’m 67 yrs old and I have never had the absolute displeasure of being subjugated to such an ignorant and low class person as that manager showed herself. I even said to her you are way too young to be as disrespectful as you are. Of course that statement was like water on a duck’s back. It just rolled right off. I don’t know who made the decision to place her as the manager there but they’ve made a major mistake and a huge misstep. Good luck with that one. I Will never be back. You all have sunk to an all-time low.

Don't order Your foos online and go to the SubWay in Bulloch Plaza. I ordered 4 Footlongs online and 2 of them had barely any Mayonnaise on them. Mine didn't have the Cucumbers on it. So if You choose to go to that Subway, order it in Person! Never again will I order online from that Subway.
