The food was served fast and efficiently. Alyssa has a winning personality and kept us engaged throughout our meal. The crew went above and beyond for grandson with chocolate chips, whip cream and a smiley face topping his waffle. That smiley face matched the smiling faces attending us and if the food had sucked the atmosphere would have more than made up for it. Go now, don't wait! Tell the night cook next time not to put a little pickle on any sandwich he make! It makes no sense when the do this! Act like the money comes out of his check! The waffle was good!

Had a great experience today. Kayla was our server and was exceptional. She was very personable and attentive. We ordered the hamburger, Texas chicken melt and hash browns, everything was cooked to perfection thanks to our cook Chris. We've been to Waffle Houses all over and this was the best experience we've ever had. A big thank you to Chris and Kayla you guys work very well with each other and are a real asset to any employer . The restaurant was clean for the most part. The cooks area could be a little cleaner. Especially the area where the cheese egg pans are stored. Only one cook was wearing a hairnet. One cook had large flakes in her hair. I could see this from the counter where I sat. The hash browns had a weird taste so I did not eat them. My scrambled eggs with cheese had some type of long white piece of plastic. My waitress was training. However she took too long to call in my food. Customers came in after me & had their food called in before mine despite me giving the waitress I had my order before the other customers. This wasn’t a horrible experience. Will I go back? No.

Me and my boyfriend came in to eat at about 1 am. I understand it’s late, but it’s a 24 hour location. The girl at the front said it would be an hour wait because they needed to clean the grill. When we said we would be fine waiting, the girl at the front gave a bunch of attitude, rolled her eyes and started slamming stuff around. It was unprofessional and unnecessary. Anytime I worked at a 24 hour store, only half the grill would get cleaned at a time, I don’t understand why this couldn’t be done here. We would’ve been fine waiting, but her and her coworkers attitude caused us to leave.
My girlfriend and I came in to grab some food around 1 AM, now don’t get me wrong I know it’s late but this is a 24h location and told us that it would be about 45 minutes to clean the grill before they could serve us, after telling them we would be fine with the wait; the lady behind the counter began acting childish, rolling her eyes and slamming her apron on the counter, this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable, I was ready to wait for my food and spend my money at this establishment. However due to the disrespect and mistreatment we’ve experienced here tonight I will not be returning here and will be dining at a different location, very sad for my first waffle house experience as a Canadian tourist.

Overall this Waffle House is usually good, but tonight was terrible. Everything took longer, took 25 minutes to pay. Ineisha did a great job and tried to get to as many people in the packed restaurant as she could. Unfortunately, as everyone as was working Sherry seemed not in a hurry to help anyone, was rude to customers needing to place to-go orders, and would focus things that did not help the customers get in and out of the restaurant. Instead of getting customers to-go orders placed and in house orders paid for she would do things like restocking straws. There were SEVERAL customers alongside ourselves that were highly dissatisfied with her. This was the late Night Shift, around 1am.

Staff ignoring customers, took 45 minutes to an hour just to place my order. The entire cook one free was taking a 35 minute smoke break while people were waiting to even place order. From the time I arrived till the time I left with my food it was about 1 hr 15 mins. Older waitress was upset about having to do carpets and complaining about everything. Poor experience and for quality was boy with the wait.
