Went through the drive-thru today and ordered a burger with bacon on it, took a couple bites and noticed the bacon was very tough in unable to consume so I took the burger apart and realized the bacon is gray and green and absolutely stinksI called the location to let them know and they had nothing to say in hung up on meAwful food Awful service

Literally the most incompetent drive thru staff I've ever encountered. Waited at least 15 minutes to give my order, then attempted to place three orders at the window. One burger combo, one kids meal, and one salad. Three frosties. No substitutions, no complications. It seemed to break the person's brain to compute what I was saying. While I waited on them to figure it out, at least seven other cars lined up behind me. There were no other customers in front of me. He then somehow deleted my order and got another person to ask me to repeat it. When I asked them to clarify that I they needed me to repeat it all again, they stopped responding altogether until I gave up and drove away. I just got to the other Wendy's across town. The drive thru line is quite long but we got through very efficiently and placed our order with zero confusion. I don't know what kind of folks they're hiring at the location on Northside, but they need to seriously reevaluate.

This location sucks big time. Me and my girlfriend pulled in for an order here last night and at first we were both polite up until they asked us to pull up to the first window because of the drive thru speaker not working... okay that I can understand. But they still acted like they couldn't hear her at the window despite being within sitting distance taking the order, then they started getting an attitude. And then proceeded to call her a "big b****" through the closed window despite them starting to being rude first... and on top of that we caught absolute hell trying to even get a refund. Do NOT support this location if you can help it, the one on Fair Road is MUCH better with service and timely with their orders.

avoid this hot sweaty behind place. I went in for two Dave’s singles for six dollars and they said they can’t do it. They scan my offer and still said they can’t do it and I stood around 10 minutes. No one helped me but it’s cool though goodbye Wendy’s, I will never spend my money or with Wendy’s. I’m done with Wendy’s forever.

Service is slow. Employees are rude and dont care to assist in a timely manner. Hell, they dont even care to say, " HI may I take your order?" They just look at you like wth do you want!! And no at the times I have been into the store they were not busy, and no o e in line.

Incredibly awful service, time and time again. I continue to go due to the cheap prices, but the staff are incredibly rude and not helpful. Recently tried using a coupon which was a fiasco but have had many other unpleasant times here.

Employees were rude. Item was missing, returned was told they were out of item and replaced with a large fry (was not in the bag and they should have asked first) person on speaker got mad that I returned because of a missing item and turned off headset. At the first window someone shoved a bag of fries and walked away at me while I was trying to explain it was for my mom and she cant eat fried food so i just needed a refund. One of the ruder workers finally took the fries back and walked away again. I was told they couldn't refund me and the window was shut. This was ridiculous, I never got a refund and if this behavior is ok with the company I no longer recommend Wendy's to anyone.

I recently decided to have lunch at Wendy's during my break. There are two Wendy's near my workplace, and since the other one is usually crowded, I opted for this particular location. Unfortunately, the customer service has never been great at this Wendy's, and this time it was exceptionally bad.After waiting in line for about 10 minutes to reach the speaker, I waited an additional 5 minutes. Finally, a woman came on the speaker and said, "Welcome to Wendy's." I started placing my order, but she abruptly cut me off with a disrespectful tone, saying, "HOLD ON." I was taken aback, and in response, I expressed my surprise at her audacity. She proceeded to argue with me, although I couldn't quite catch what she was saying amidst the confrontation.I've grown weary of being treated poorly at restaurants, and unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue at Wendy's. I don't expect employees to go out of their way to serve me; all I ask for is basic respect. It's disheartening that such a simple request is too much to ask for at this particular restaurant. As a result, I've decided that this Wendy's will no longer have my business. I'll harbor this grudge and make an effort to influence others not to support this specific Wendy's location.
