This is a take out only Krystal's with limited menu. Service is good but limited food choices. Prices are the same as sit-down service restaurants . Plenty of parking and outdoor seating is available.

On 02/03 my family and I ordered $89.50 worth of food from Krystal’s located on Hwy 138 and it was the worst experience ever! We ordered the food through DoorDash and didn’t receive our full order and the food that we did receive was completely incorrect. I do understand that mistakes do happen but something that’s done repetitively is no longer a mistake. After ordering DELIVERY I got in my car and drove to Krystal’s to have my order corrected. I was greeted by a very nasty caucasian aged women with white and blonde hair who called her self a manager. She never let me explain my concern instead she cut me off and told me I was lying and wrong. I had all of the food with me to return . I asked to give her the incorrect food in exchange to receive my correct order. She told me “ Take that up with DoorDash” and slammed the drive through window in my face. I contacted DoorDash and they couldn’t help me so I then contacted the police. As I waited on the police to arrive I parked and observed this location. The manger allow her employees to VAPE in the restaurant and they are working with NO GLOVES OR HAIRNETS while using their phone . The manager is working in slides and while she refused to correct my order she left with a large amount of food for her family that I’m sure she didn’t pay for. This location needs to be throughly investigated and I will continue to work until I speak with someone in corporate to raise concern about this location. Also, this location have a Georgia Food Service score of 89 B. Please see attached photos for the nasty caucasian “Manager” and the employees she allow to work with no gloves and hair nets while on their phones and vaping.On 02/05 my husband and I drove to Krystal’s on Hwy 138 to speak with the “Manager” and we were greeted with some one who called their self the “District Manager”. She was also a caucasian women with blonde hair and was just as nasty and mean as the “Manager” and sided with her.

I ordered pick 5 and they got my order wrong, how can you not get the order right. This place needs to train their employees better on how to fix a customer order. I will never ever again order from here.

I'm not much of a Krystal's burger fan, but the spicy wings are that fire ?. The wings and fries are made fresh at this location, and they complement each other very well. I don't get anything else from Krystal.

It was a sad experience. As we stood there out in the cold by the walk-up window, we were watching and waiting for someone to acknowledge us. A few minutes went by, and finally, we were helped. The customer service was not bad but not great. I am hoping it was just a bad day also that we had gone elsewhere.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Decided to stop by this location on my way home on a road trip. I don't normally leave reviews but I just can't believe how slow and disorganized this place seems to be with the sign out front reading "Under new management." We were just looking for any Krystal's to eat at and this one popped up on Doordash. Before we even got off of the interstate to stop at the gas station next door to this joint we entered our order on Doordash about 10 minutes before we arrived. We put in a simple order of four basic menu items of fries, burgers, tots, and a drink. Everyone there just kind of looked at us like we didn't put in a Doordash order and we were told to come to the drive-thru instead. There were already three cars ahead of us and it was just past 11:00 a.m. so we went to the drive-thru line and finally got to the window after waiting for about 15 minutes just to be told that the order still was not ready and to pull around. We waited an additional 25 minutes, now bringing our total time at the location to 40 minutes plus the 10 minutes after ordering before we even arrived to the restaurant. There was no excuse for this experience and to top it off they shorted our order for a couple of the things that we ordered. Missing burgers, no fries, no napkins, no utensils fo the chili cheese tots, no straw. I went up to the walk up window several times visibly agitated seeing items from our order near the register ready and waiting just to be greeted with a shrug and finally after almost an hour at this place, given cold food and not receiving what I had already paid for. What a joke.
