Great service but the food is trash. Collard greens with cabbage is the first Jamaican restaurant I’ve been to with that combo. It was not good. No flavor. Oxtails I was highly disappointed. Dry and burnt. I couldn’t understand why they had a sign saying no refunds but I get it. Bc the food isn’t good and not worth the price. It doesn’t matter how great your customer service is. We come for the food.

Great food and great price. I specifically love there Jerk Turkey wing option. It comes with sweet potato, cabbage, and a blend of onions with carrots and peppers. The blend of the jerk spices and the sweet potato is my favorite. I also like the atmosphere although I've never dined in. The setup gives you a true authentic feel of being on an island in Jamica. Just my opinion.

I go in every Monday for the Red Pea & and Pigtail soup. Today, the soup had a kick of hot pepper in it... The best yet..

Went here for some goat soup and a whole nose was in my soup, I also ordered a cow foot dinner and end up throwing the entire plate away once I got home because it smelled sour. I have never experienced anything like this.

I’ve tried a few times because it’s closest to me and I love Jamaican food but this place is not it. The curry chicken is not good. It’s really not worth coming here. & if you don’t like how they’ve made something it’s a strict policy where they won’t take it back. Also don’t get the plantains. They are not sweet and are fried hard. All around.. save your money and go to another spot. The only thing worth it is the Sorrel. But you can get that elsewhere.

I was very disappointed with my order, they have a no refund sign and when you tell them the food isn’t up to par, they cut you off and just say nothing I can do because there is no refund. The food is far from cheap. They blame the oven, and anything but them being the problem. The food and service has been declining over the past few months. Today was the last day they got my money. Just look at this soggy beef patty they charge almost $4 for, the response when I called was I don’t know what you want me to do because there is no refund Ma’am I have to go and hung up. NEVER EVER WILL I SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY THERE. Mind you I wasn’t asking for a refund, just acknowledge that those patty’s aren’t up to standard. No apologies just excuses. Just sad

I’ve ordered on two different occasions, hoping the second time would be better, but unfortunately it wasn’t. There are much better options in Henry County.

Pros: The price is fair, the location is convenient, and the atmosphere is nice.

Cons: The meat was dry and overcooked both times. The gravy was watery and bland, the rice lacked flavor, and the mac and cheese as well as the cabbage were both underwhelming. Honestly, the food just isn’t good—I ended up throwing my plate away both times.

I wouldn’t recommend this spot for Jamaican food. If you’re looking for authentic flavor, try Cutters in McDonough—it’s definitely worth the drive.

Do not waste your time!!!!!!
I usually don’t write reviews however in this situation is a must. I have been to this restaurant a total of four times since they’ve been open the first two times was good. The third time I can see that the food Was not as good the fourth time I went there. I got turkey wings, which were dry. I tried calling them to let them know about it. No one never answered the phone. I live an hour away so I couldn’t turn around and go back to the restaurant this last time I visited. I got the turkey wings again, and I let them know before they fixed my plate. Please make sure that the turkey wings are not dry this time I decided to dine in since I live so far away and I wanted to assure that the turkey wings were not dry. However, the turkey wings were dry. I called them over to my table to let them know the situation he went back to ask The manager said no I asked could I at least get jerk chicken instead and she said no I told her that we were going to dispute the charge and write a review She said she didn’t care I never in all my years seeing this type of service in a restaurant . Do not waste your time The food is not that good and it’s definitely not worth the price
