Never order from here they are extremely ghetto takes forever mfs is grown and still can’t make a simple pizza or even answer the damn phone. I think if they all didn’t hang out into smoking blacks the company could actually work the worst experience I ever experience with food I’ll give this place zero star I couldn’t even complain to nobody to receive my money back!!!!!

They have the flat screen in the waiting area that keeps you up to date on your order. Daily specials galore. I’m thoroughly impressed by their service. Way to go Dominos, keep up the good work!

Contacted the store twice regarding the order and was informed both time that the order was 11 minutes out. The Domino's application shown that the order was delivered more than 25 minutes of the app notification of delivery completed. Delivery was scheduled to arrive at 6:40 and never arrived. After calling the second time I was informed that the person delivering the order was walking into the store with my order he never delivered.

The man with the dreads made the pizza with no gloves after smoking outside. And when I asked for him to make it again he said something rude . The lady with long dreads was also smoking and came right in on the oven . The Chinese man stood there while I was waiting to be helped and got mad about something . The only help was the boy that was on oven that came to me and also another delivery driver was a good help.

Was on the phone trying to order a pizza in which we had a store credit due to the terrible service previously. They kept us on hold for an hour or more. The only reason why I stayed on hold is to speak with a manager to refund a $52 credit from before. I will never support this location ever again. I don't even order from domino's my neighbor ordered from this terrible location. Ghetto as hell....the last time she ordered, they delivered the pizza at 1:30 am at night after everyone went to bed. They close at 12. Ghetto
When I first visited this Domino's Pizza on rockbridge they would get my order right, but lately they have been slacking, pizza was cold, hard and dry, some of the toppings were missing. Tasted awful...!!! not sure if I'll choose this Domino's location again.

Terrible service!!! I ordered at 5:28pm got a notification that my pizza was on the way at 5:58pm. I literally live 2 mins away only reason I ordered delivery is because my kids were sleeping and didn’t want to wake them. At 6:21 I called to see where my pizza was at because the “pizza tracker” kept changing delivery times the man on the phone said it had just got put in the car and he would be there in 3 mins… waited another 20 mins and my order still wasn’t at my house called asked to speak with a manager and why my pizza wasn’t delivered yet they placed me on hold for 10 mins the delivery driver showed up while I was on the phone with them and gave me the oldest pepperoni pizza known to man and my second pizza wasn’t even made right

I not proud of my self for not knowing this person name, but he’s an Asian stocky pregnant looking Delivery driver needs to be fired. This guy has no clue what customer service is. He is a horrible representative of the Domino's Pizza brand as well as the location where he works. If you order from this restaurant do not order delivery. One he delivered to the wrong address. I tried to explain to him that he had the wrong address and he was not listening to me. He said that he knows this the right address and that I just don’t want to pay. I said to him I pay my order online. Then he goes on with cursing me out walking away. Before he gets to his car look at the receipt I can tell he realizes that it was the wrong address. This is ridiculous that I had to get cursed out from him.

Guy with the dreads was making pizza with no gloves what do ever. I literally seen him make a spinach and cheese pizza with his bare hands. other than that this is the best Dominos I been too in awhile but I would hate to see what I saw again.
