Not your average taco spot! Our favorite is the Soul Chicken Taco—it’s like they perfected your grandmother’s fried chicken and collard greens and wrapped it in a taco. Pair it with the chicken or steak queso tots, and every bite feels like Sunday dinner. Sam is usually behind the bar, handcrafting amazing cocktails, and the owner, AJ, always makes you feel at home. The good vibes, drinks, and food keep us coming back!

The food is always fresh and the staff friendly. I Love the different spin on tacos. Currently working my way through the menu. Everything I have had has been fabulous. I would definitely recommend.

First time here and it was a great experience. The staff and owner were awesome and they clearly support the Stone Mountain community. The Soul Food Taco and Cauliflower Taco were supper tasty. I will be back for sure!

They have the best tacos in town. Their Soul Chicken and Shrimp Poboy tacos are my favorite. I don’t like everyone’s collard greens but their is great. The bar tender has the best customer service and gave me advice on what to eat and drink. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Where do I start??!! 10's all across the board for Guac Taco Studio.
Let's get into the menu. GENIUS! This is not your average tacos that they offer. I'm talking about a Shrimp Po Boy taco, Gator Taco, Jerk Chicken Taco, do I need to go further? Hubby and I indulged in 6 different tacos and all of them were simply amazing! We also opted for the Tequila Lemonade and hands down one of the best and smoothest drinks I've had in a very long time. Hubby loves his dips so we got dip platter (Salsa Verde, Salsa Rojo, Queso and Guac) and of course it was delicious. It appears that they make their own chips as well but could be wrong. Lastly we had the churros. You get SOOO MANY for the price!
Customer Service was great from start to finish. It is a cashless establishment so keep that in mind. You also can self order and they will bring it out to you in the inside or on their cute patio. We will back for their happy hour on Tuesdays :)
Parking: They are located in a business plaza so plenty of parking is available.
Again - don't walk, RUN there!

I’ve dined at the restaurant and few times. Each time is a different experience. Sometimes they’re attentive, sometimes they’re rude, everyone that works there looks upset or annoyed. It’s odd
I placed an order online today and went inside to pick it up. A young woman said my name, handed me a bag and then I proceeded to my car. At that point I could tell something was missing. The tots… I walked back inside and the young woman that gave me the food said (before I said anything) “you don’t have your tots?” I’m thinking to myself, she let me leave without saying anything. She then says “you have to wait. Is that okay?” Then she mentioned they won’t take long. I waited 10 minutes and left. It was lunch time and I had to go. Of course the 6 tacos in my bag were mush. The fish taco was awful. I think it was day old friend fish. Some of the tacos were good(oyster, soup chicken) , some were not(jerk chicken and fish). I always tip 10% on take out orders and I’m starting to regret it. For what? I’d like a refund for my tots and tip

I stumbled upon this place because it’s right next to my gym. I’m so glad I found it! I’m vegan, and I was surprised by all of the delicious vegan options they have. The bowls are great, and the chicken taco with collard greens were really good. I seem to go there after a workout, but I’m not overly full after I eat. Love the atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Aj and Sam were very attentive and sweet! The margaritas were very good and my tacos came out cold however AJ had them remade and they came out super fresh and hot !! They had excellent customer service!!

We had Guac Taco Studio cater a neighborhood event for 55 people last night. It was absolutely amazing! Chef Wic, A.J., and CeCe were great to work with! There was not a person at the party who didn’t rave about the delicious food. There is no chef on earth who can compare with the flavors that Chef Wic puts together! Thank you, as always, for a super yummy dinner! It was a success!
