I ordered here and gave bad review 11 months ago now my current views have changed given the night manager and crew 3/8/24. I gave this spot another chance and this night manager the first time I met her and got my order, respectful, timely, and the pizza looks like it should've been in a commercial. Give the entir2 night crew a raise and especially the manage bc I have not had a pizza yet that was horribly made. Completed 360. Now I can do my Friday nights pizza again with my toddlers. They make it right, fresh, and definitely on time.
Staff was rude and served the wrong food and refused a refund.

Yeah, Reviews aint lying...smh. Unfortunately found out the hard way. Location IS trash, but the Staff is worse. Im learning my lesson about spending my money with crabs. Always a loss with these mongrels.

My husband and I are loyal Tmobile customers so naturally we get awesome perks on Tuesday's. Well, we had discounts on a Classic Pepperoni & 2L Mountain Dew ($5.32). We have multiple phone lines, so we ordered 2 - Classic Pepperoni & 2L Mountain Dew. We ordered online while sitting outside the store. Both orders were accepted, charged my husband's Visa card twice ($5.32 ×2) with no problem. We entered the store only to find one clerk lounging across the front counter and another in the back of store I'm assuming preparing orders. I recieved my order but my husband did not receive his. The clerk stated she did not see his name on any other pick up orders. We showed her the tracking info and deduction from his account. She was very nonchalant about resolving the issue and said we should take it up with corporate. She refused to give us corporate/customer service information and began to get over talk my husband loudly. We took the one order provided and exited the store. Her disposition was pass piss poor and I refuse to give any business to this location. The customer is always right and I strongly urge management to hire better qualified employees who understand how to properly provide customer service.

This location is trash. The girl in there has horrible customer service. It took her forever to come and serve me and a couple people that walked in behind me. She probably couldn’t hear the door because of her personal speaker blasting trash music. The icing on the cake is for sure the fact that her kid is in there with her. I get it cause I’m a mom but I ain’t trying to hear nobody cussing they baby out while I’m trying to order. Also it looks dirty in there. Put some of that negative energy into mopping that nasty floor

This place is horrible not only the look and cleanliness of the place is bad but whoever they had making pizza in the back this past Sunday is a terrible terrible cook. I had ordered a personal pan combo online by the time I got there it was 10 minutes past the pick up time and it hadn’t even been cooked yet. The employee working the front said to give 10 minutes. I go back in she gives me this pizza box and the pizza box, I swear it feels like it weighs a good 10 pounds when I open the box up it is nothing but raw dough hence the reason it feeling so heavy. It had barely been browned or just cooked long enough for the cheese to melt but the bottom and the inside were not cooked at all. So I drive all the way back and ask for it just a regular pepperoni pizza. It was better, but the bottom was still not completely cooked. I don’t know what’s up with this location they don’t even have a front door. They have plyboard where glass should be and not even a handle on the door to open it. There is no air-conditioning in the lobby area where the customers have to wait it is just bad all the way around. The worst location I’ve been to in the Atlanta area.

I used the Little Caesars app to order a thin crust pepperoni pizza Here's what happened. When I arrived at the restaurant the door was wide open and rap music was blaring so loud I thought I was entering a night club. No one was at the counter and I realized I had not received the portal pickup code.I waited for a couple of minutes for someone to notice me but no one came until I whistled out and said "hey loudly is anyone working" and asked why is it so noisy in here and the reply was that's not noise that's music to which I replied at that volume it's noise. So I said I'm picking up a app order and the young lady asked my name. She acknowledged the order and said it was in the portal and I replied I never received the code. After a few back and forth comments she would not just give me my order. Granted it's already paid for. I said I usually get it via email or text but this time it didn't come through....again she would not just give it to me. She then went back to what she was doing out of my view so I went into the app and found the code as you will see in my attached photos. Now being a little perturbed the experience I just grab the pizza and go without looking in the box "Big mistake". Got in the car and still didn't look in the box because on the outside of the box as seen below in blue ink "Thin Pep" so I should be good right. I get home and it a traditional pepperoni with all the excess bread. This is not the first time this has happened and even it I had caught it while there, I'm not sure I trust them to remake it because of their poor customer service and attitude without maybe doing something to my food. I will never give them my business again. Reporting this experience to the corporate office first thing Monday morning.

I ordered a sausage deep dish pizza online on 8/4/23 and when I picked it up and got home I noticed that there was barely no cheese on the pizza??? I want my pizza to redone correctly. I'm sending a message to your corporate office along with the photos.

Went to this location on my lunch - no one at the front to take your order - and when you ask is someone working the front - young lady in the back says something smart - I got to the location at 1125 at 1140 I’m still waiting and she still saying she busy - I look at them in back -they all in conversation talking not making orders - 2 other people had already order stating they have been waiting for 30 min. Bad service bad customer service
