Im really tired of this subway. They are slow and never want to do the work. I walked in at 830 trying to get lunch for my kids cause busy mom and she looked at me and said she was closed. YOUR DOOR IS OPEN AND IT SAYS 830!!!she proceeded to check the time, verified it was 830 and still said she was closed. Wth

I'm only giving this place 2 stars because I've had good experiences at this location in the past, but I wanted to give it 1 star for today's disaster (Friday 10-21-2022). We went there at 4:15pm. The Open sign was on. The front door was unlocked. Some ladies walked out right as we walked in - food in hand. But when we went inside...no one was there. Waited...called out "Hello?"...waited... Two men came in behind us, and we were all wondering aloud where any employees might be. Should we make our own sandwiches? I mean, I know it's only fast food and we shouldn't have very high expectations. But really, management needs to know that something very unprofessional and unacceptable happened today.
