If you want a good home cooked meal with fresh meat and veggies (the best Brussel sprouts) this is the place to go! Wonderful food! Amazing home made style desserts. The meal comes with your choice of meat, two sides a roll and a salad! Yummy house made vinaigrette salad dressing. Very fresh! Love that it’s a local restaurant and I’m supporting a local family also.

Excellent ribeye, brussel sprouts, potatoes, yeast roll & side salad & blueberry delight for dessert. Everything was fresh & homemade including the vinaigrette dressing. Excellent friendly service as well.

We enjoyed our meal at Weeks Cargo. The decor is rustic and beautiful. The vibes are there in a major way. The server was attentive and kind. She emailed we had all that we needed. The food was good. I would give it a good 4. It just didn't quite meet the expectations of my seasoned palate. I would enjoyed a more flavorful bite. One that made the chicken stand apart or the tomato sauce tasted less like tomato water.

We got there just after 5, parked and waited for the 5:30 opening, coming from out of town. We made 2 friends in the parking area, one asking for money, and one asking for jumper cables for their car. We go to the door, and no they are not open at 5:30, 5:35, 5:40… We called and got the answering machine twice, and then we left. We are now eating at the German restaurant and bakery 6 min away…

This meal cost $12. No cheese, no toasted sesame bun, no pickle and nothing special. $12 for one sliver of lettuce and one slice of tomato, and a few soggy fries. What a disappointment.

Our Party of 5 enjoyed our meal. The Beer and wine list is relatively limited, no Liquor available. The Restaurant is casual and Family Friendly. All are welcome, family owned & operated. Enjoy a casual meal.

The owners were very kind, Hilda & Lynn, mother and daugther. If you like good southern food, good conversation, and wonderful desserts, that's the place.

This place feels very uncomfortable if you're Black so I don't recommend going unless you enjoy feeling like you're about to eat before or after a klan meeting. The staff was nice but I never got around to eating the food. Spiritually I couldn't fade it. I noticed a Black woman walk in with her son and walk right out which is what I should've done. It used to be a funeral parlor in the 1800's, a furniture store in the 70/80s, and then a restaurant. The confederate flag says enough. So, it may be a good restaurant/vibe if you're on the far right. I can't rate the food because I never had it but the 1 star is for the energy of the establishment. It was awful.

The owner is very nice and the food is delicious. The filet mignon was as big as a steak with some collard greens and shrimp

I had Chicken Parmesan, my wife had Trout and my Sister-in-law had Shrimp. We all enjoyed it very much. Love the simple atmosphere. If y'all need more license plates for decorations, let me know. I have some extras from through out the years.
