Your food it's cold, your order is wrong, you wait 10+ minutes on the microphone before someone takes your order, the employees are constantly talking among themselves inside while you wait indefinitely for your food and when they finally attend to you they do it with a bad attitude. I've tried to complain to the corporate office but was given the run around by several automated machines finally left a message, never got a call back. A guess the kids working there are unstoppable because there is no one to hold them accountable, if the owners have a hard time finding good workers they should shut the place down not let the bad kids run the place to the ground, worst service ever!

Came to Wendy’s literally the only one in drive thru around 7:25pm ordered a number 1 double for my son. After paying $15 and some change for the food they asked me to pull up becuz they’re waiting on fries - it’s now 7:35pm…….. hold on I’m going to tell you exactly what time they brought it out. Today is 2-5-24 Monday - my food was brought out at 7:40pm

I’m not exaggerating when I say that was the best Jr. Bacon cheese Burger I ever had the lettuce was fresh and crisp the bacon was crispy the cheese was on the patty even the bun was soft and fresh and this was at almost seven The people at the window worked as a team I didn’t wait in line long and the person on the intercom was polite breath of fresh air with how customer service and fast food is today I wanted to tell the cook Thankyou fresh and good can’t wait to come back

Went into Wendy's to get a $5 biggie bag as advertised on TV. Buyer be careful!!!! What I got was not what was advertised. I was told a biggie bag would cost $6.99 plus tax. I went to the web site to request Wendy's change their commercial. However, was so disgusted with my meal I accidentally threw away the receipt with the meal's trash. I couldn't make a complaint. I may go back again and order something so I can get the restaurant's number so I lodge a complaint against the business.

Spent 45 minutes in drive thru after an emergency room visit. Items we asked for were out.After another late night ER visit years later, not much has changed. Still took forever, items we ordered not available (nuggets). This location is an absolute last resort.

Like bad Wendy's restaurants? You'll love this one. Everyone here hates their job and takes it out on customers. Go anywhere but here. Posted the Dave's Triple they gave me in the photo section then was given an attitude asking for a refund? WHY does corporate leave these underperformed chains open? When a restaurant has 3.3 star rating I promise it's not a location you want to go to.
I just received my Uber eats. Both sandwiches are cold, the cheese is not melted and the bun isn’t toasted at all. The sandwich was never not. I believe they gave me something that had been sitting. I needed something to eat because I have not eaten all day and I feel weak and sick and now I’m screwed. Amazon is around the corner from the Wendy’s it not the driver fault.

It was late and just needed something to eat from a long journey home. When I pull up no greeting and the food wasn't what I wanted. I paid $7 for Jr bacon cheese burger instead of the doublestack with bacon. The fries was stale. I couldn't eat the food and was to tired to turnaround. It was garbage.
