I can't express how much I adore Gop Chang On Fire and their exceptional organ meats! It's a carnivore's paradise. The selection of organ meats is mind-blowing, and they are always impeccably fresh. The grill-your-own experience adds an element of excitement as you sizzle up delicious cuts. The flavors are bold, rich, and utterly addictive. The concept of Gopchang (곱창 - Intestine delicacy) might seem unusual to those unfamiliar with Korean cuisine, but it's a beloved delicacy in Korea, often enjoyed with Soju. We chose this restaurant to celebrate our one-year anniversary for our church's spiritual organization, making it a unique setting to discuss religion and God over a drink. We relished the various parts of the intestine delicacy; some were delightfully chewy, while others had intriguing flavors. It was fascinating to learn that intestines are rich in protein and low in cholesterol, making them a nutritious option for those needing extra energy. The service was exceptional, with the waitress explaining the best way to enjoy intestine delicacy and its potential benefits as she served us. Being there brought back fond memories of Korea, and we thoroughly savored every moment of our time at the restaurant.

If you like organ meats or intestines this is a good spot to hit up! Good spot for a drink as well.Set B, although it says it's for 4 people, we ended up ordering an extra Daechang to fill us up.Service was great as they really took good care of us. They overheard one of our kids saying they wanted more tofu from the jji-gae and the waitress brought us a whole plate full. Ambiance is typical kbbq... little dark and Smokey but chill.

I absolutely love a good Gopchang. A group of friends and I, we call ourselves the "Gopchang Gang," have been to about 5 different Gopchang places in the area. This place does it right every single time and IMO is best Gopchang around. The sides are a little slim as well as the variety on the menu but they are a Gopchang restaurant and this is what we are going for, so we can't complain.

9.7/10Being adventurous with cultural cuisine, I fully enjoyed Gop Chang on Fire. We ordered Combo B (4-person serving) of assorted beef intestines and stomach linings. They were marinated in a mildly spicy sauce. Pickled leeks, assorted side dishes, and salted sesame seed oil helped balance the spicy, oily beef intestines. After the main, we ordered the fried rice, which they lay out on top of the grill with wax paper. The rice came pre-mixed from the kitchen so it's ready to eat. The minimum order is for a 2-person serving. For the pairing, we order a bottle of Terra lager.

Price went up and volume of the food decreased.I told a waiter that there was a hair and let him saw it. He acted as it was nothing and didn’t even apologize nor did something about it. He just picked it up and left. Disgusting! Two of us had over $60 worth of food.I won’t go there again probably.
I have always been a regular customer at Gop Chang On Fire 2. This is the first time ever I’ve been to the Suwanee because the Duluth location was packed so I drove to this location. I gotta say I absolutely love it here. The food is really good. I even love the service here too. I just love everything here at this location. I definitely come back here when I’m in the mood for gopchang again!

Do u like very unique BBQ? This will be the best place for u. I didn't know they serve intestines or organ meats and I wasn't big fun of them... but workers were very very nice . For that, I will give 5 stars!

I've been to many gopchang places. From Dallas to LA to Seattle and on. By far, this is the best place for gopchang and daechang!!! Prices are really on point compared to other places. Service is top-notch. Especially for a Korean restaurant!! And you know what I mean. So if you want to eat some really awesome food at an awesome price, come to this place.

Last night on Friday night my wife and I arrived just after 11pm and stood by the door. A female employee leaned over to talk to other two staff members and then walked up and said, we are closed. I asked if we could get something to go and she said, no. This restaurant closes at 12am on Friday nights. We arrived about an hour before closing time. A restaurant should serve guests until their closing time. If you close at 12, serve guests until 12 and prepare to be there until 1. This restaurant is not serving guests when they arrive an hour before closing time. I hope the owner of the restaurant reads this and realizes how unacceptable this behavior is. If arriving an hour before closing time isn’t early enough then what is? The employees clearly care more about what time they go home than they do about serving the guests. Even if you do want to stop the kitchen an hour before you close which is not normal in restaurant culture, at least be nice to the guests that come in. Hi, thank you so much for coming in. I’m sorry but the kitchen is closed. We’d really like to have you back another time. But this lady walked up and only said, “we are closed.” I said, “could we get something to go? She said, “No.” That’s so unprofessional. She didn’t even ask the kitchen if we could get something to go. She just said, no.” That’s it. That’s all she said.
