I've been coming to this location for years but as of late, I'll have go back to grocery shopping at the farmers market. For the past month, I've visited here three different times thinking that maybe they haven't received their shipment in when I visited. The produce section is barely existent. The produce on the walls are scarce and expired or close to it. The produce in the center doesn't look fresh at all. The bread aisle is the only aisle I took a picture of because it's the last aisle I went down before leaving. I was looking for some raisin bread to make breakfast and when I found the raisin bread brands most of them were expired. I wonder what happened to this location for it to plummet?

I attempted to place a pickup order online and I received a RSV Error. I call their customer support and they told me I could not place an online order because I had not shopped in their store. I was advised to shop in their store to build a history then one day I'll be able to order online. What the HELL is that!! I'm from California visting my 72 year old mother for her birthday and was looking to make her a birthday dinner. I deleted my online account, ordered from Amazon Fresh and had my groceries in two hours.

I am disabled and need a wheelchair. Most of the time when I visit this store the chairs are not charged up or none are available. It's pretty inconvenient when one is back by the meats and the chair's power dies and one's basket is full of groceries. This is an easy fix but apparently the management isn't interested. Today I went to the store for a few things and had a terrible time navigating in the chair. It was 1:30 pm on a Sunday and everywhere I turned an employee was restocking and their cart made it impossible to get through. I gave up and left. Could this activity have been done early in the day or later at night?

Sure enough the store has a high theft rate. But not everyone that comes in the store is stealing.

This was third visit at this particular Kroger. I'm from the Ft. Stewart/Hinesville, Ga. area. I notice the efficiency of the employees as soon as I park. The crew gathering the shopping carts always clearing the parking lot. The stockers are very proficient in restocking aisles. The cashiers very courteous and polite. I felt at home away from home.

This Kroger is ALWAYS out of most of the items I need- regardless of if it’s in person or via Instacart. They never seem to have carts in the lobby and the quality of the food in the deli has decreased dramatically over the last few years. It’s sad that you have to go all the way to Kedron Village for a decent, well-stocked Kroger. The pic below is the juice cooler.

Welp. Last time I'll ever be coming to this store. Just got yelled at and called rude by Paul, the seafood manager, for asking if his worker could speed up the process of me getting my ONE item from the seafood department because I'm in a rush and it's literally been 6 minutes that I've been waiting for my one item. Getting into a literal shouting match with a black man in public is not my idea of a fun time.
this place is a joke i have been trying to speak to a manager all day! about a request of a payment from 2 months ago. the manager never called me. and now has been saying she is in a meeting. the first time she picked up and told me she was going to her office "transfered the call" never picked up!!! then i called again worker told me to call back in 30 mins because she is in a meeting, called back one hour and 30 mins later! "transfered" my call again. never picked up! called again, she is in a meeting to call back in an hour!!! this is crazy and unprofessional!!!!

Horrible customer service. The store lacks products and the managers are not customer friendly, especially Darren. I had an issue with an order from the deli. As a frustrated customer, his response was that "I could leave the store". I called and spoke with the store manager Greg Smith and he seemed to listen but didn't really offer a compromise to the poor experience I had at his store. I would never go there again!

The most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen and the worst thing was there was a Kroger employee in there trying to unplug the toilet and when she saw me looking for a clean bathroom she offered me the toilet that was plugged up it was absolutely disgusting have it marked never to stop there again

Everything flowed so smoothly and in Thanksgiving and they have a large selection of vegetarian and veganfoods to choose from. The crowd is demanding and things aren't always on the shelves or 5 stars.

Everyone is super friendly ! I loved stopping here ! Stopped here to buy some umbrellas because GA had some sun showers ! Shocked me ! But it's basically a supermarket. The southern version of Trader Joe's or Aldi's.
