These people up here do not follow orders. They will not give you sauce even if you ask for it on your order and at the window. They have horribly slow service up here. Not just once they forget half the stuff in your bed but nearly every time.

Wow really disappointed this morning. It was the first Friday back to school, but they weren’t ready. My mobile order took 20 plus minutes to get to us and then it was cold. I watched it sit behind counter while they waited on coffee brewing. As my son, put it after we finally got our food, “now, I don’t even get to enjoy it.”

We were on the way home and stopped for a bite to eat on Saturday evening. I have been to many Chick-fil-A's. This was impressive. Natalie who took our order was friendly, gave us time to order and made sure we received everything. While eating, a young lady and a young man were cleaning the eating area. When I say they were cleaning, I mean cleaning, swept the floor, wiped down every surface, disinfected the chairs/tables...... Again, one of the nicest Chick-fil-A I have been.

With or without context behind the difference in monetary donations between the recipients, you, as a “Christian” entity, should know better. God loves all of his children equally, and you have demonstrated the exact opposite of that. Make this right by giving J’Da the rest of her donation, and apologize to her and your community for your transgressions.

So a while back at this location I told myself I wouldn't go back because I went there from the ICU to get my wife some chicken soup I asked the young lady behind the counter to strain it because my wife still couldn't have anything solid she smirked and said they couldn't help me, I explained I didn't have anything in the car or hospital room I could use to strain it and she walked off said something to the manager who came over huffed at me and said they couldn't do anything for me. But my wife was craving chick fil a tonight so she ordered online and the app said between 8-14 minutes we'll 37 minutes later I was handed $85.00 worth of food and drinks.... Or so I thought 15 minute drive home to discover they left out the kids meal and chocolate milk. We let them know and they say it will be ready drive back wait then she hands me the food and no milk. When I asked if the milk was in the bag her reply was no would you like me to go get it....... Respectfully as I could I tried to explain $85 was a lot of money to waste on cold food.

Kid-friendliness: Low lit small driveway/parking lot has kids walking back and forth thru the path of cars. Bathroom in bad condition.
