My family and I enjoyed a great dining experience at Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse. I ordered the Teppan Yaki Shrimp & Chicken Dinner which included a bowl of the house soup (delicious) and a garden salad. The food was cooked fresh on the grill in front of us. Everything was so delicious. Our chef, Kyung, was excellent. He was very proficient and talented. The restaurant was very clean and beautifully decorated. Always a great time and we bring a large crowd when we dine. Seated around the grill is the best time, the food is cooked to order, the chefs put on a great show, kids and adults enjoy it! Steak, lobster, shrimp, chicken, scallops are all delicious! Finish up with fried ice cream beautifully plated to share.. highly recommend!!

I didn't get a chance to eat there because the Hotess informed our party that they do not serve sushi. Even though it says it on the window as Japanese Steak house and Sushi bar.
