If I could give this place zero stars I would. All my food was cold and my boyfriends burger wasn’t even cooked all the way. They forgot my sons chocolate milk and when I tried to call up there they answered and hung right back up.
Ordered the McRib with no onion and pickle.. got extra onion and pickles.. asked for light sauce got extra sauce. No sweet tea.. can only drink tea and when asked if there was anymore in the back was told there was something wrong with the sugar.. didn't know the sandwich was wrong until I got home.. fries were hard.. couldn't even eat them.. this is the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's..

Bought 2 double cheeseburger combos today, Dec. 28th, 2019. Both were cold. Manager replaced, but I guess they warmed in microwave or something, cheese not even melted. Watched them take cooked patties from a drawer holding about 15 or 20. Store was not particularly busy. Why cook that many ahead and server lukewarm/old burgers to customers? Used to be the food was hot and fresh at McDonalds years ago.
