Canyons Fresh Grill - Woodstock

I have started working in the area & I Googled a few restaurants in the area. I looked at Canyons menu on line. I saw that they had a Black Bean Burger so I wanted to try it. I have only had a Black Bean Burger from Thumbs Up Diner in Austell. So I decided to stop by yesterday. I am COMPLETELY hooked on the Black Bean Burger now from Canyons. I was impressed by how the restaurant was clean and how it seemed the staff was very friendly. However, it didn’t really seem the cashier was enthusiastic but I get it it! I will definitely will go back. I was able to speak with Steven and he asked about my experience. He was very nice and gracious. I’m just sorry that I didn’t take any pictures.

Overcrowded with unruly loud high schoolers flirting with each other. Burgers were as bad and tasteless as Bubba Burgers. No sauces were available with onion rings unless you ask for them. I can go to other chains and pick or mix and match without asking. Asked for french fries got sweet potato fries which were limp noodles. Not worth going back.

I showed up to pickup my food and my order hadn't come through on the ticket so the restaurant wasn't aware of the order. As I was turning to leave and figure out what to do, Michael stopped me and went above and beyond to help me and had the kitchen make my order for me asap!! I totally understand ticket machines malfunction since I used to work as a host/server myself and it's not the staff's fault. The food is great, the chicken tenders are so fresh and juicy and they gave me a nice portion of sweet potato fries that are just how I like them! Thank you so much for helping me out! Michael definitley deserves a raise!! :)

This is my absolute FAVORITE canyons!!!!
I am not ashamed to admit I come here atleast twice a week for the frozen margaritas 🤣- they are honestly my favorite adult beverage I have ever purchased from anywhere in downtown woodstock.
Also, stop sleeping on their milkshakes because WOW! these are the milkshakes you see in the 80’s movies type beat- they’re so good & have become my go to comfort treat. 🤪

Lastly, the STAFF!!! I love these guys so much, they always make me laugh & feel like friend-family. Micheal & Steven especially are the best, A+++++ service & hospitality.

Honestly, this canyons is an 11/10 & i’d recommend to anyone looking for good vibes & great drinks

Nice burger but grilled cheese was disappointing. Atmosphere and service was good. Parking could be challenging, do you might have to go to the free parking structure a block away.

Best sweet potato fries! I ordered the dill burger. I enjoyed but would like more seasoning. Margarita was good too.

Only thing I didn’t like is when you ask for a cup a water they ask if you bought something. Quality and fresh food, great location, and good business hours. I eat here at least 2 times a week. I just don’t agree with a business denying someone a cup of water though.

The kids menu portion of chicken tenders is 2 tiny pieces. Insultingly overpriced. Waited over 30 minutes for that.

Great food and good portions for the price, customer service is also great and the people that work here are very nice. Dustin i think his name was was nice to me and my freinds that were there.

My sister in law recommended coming here since we were in the area. It’s in downtown Woodstock which I highly recommend parking at the parking deck. The restaurant was clean and the menu is easy to navigate. Nothing really stood out as amazing and some of the staff looked like they rather be somewhere else.
The food was nothing to crave over which I honestly can’t say, I would even recommend. I normally leave a lengthy review but again nothing stood out as amazing or have to tell.
