I love Chick-fil-A, but had never been to a Truett’s Chick-fil-A. I went expecting everything to be great, and my expectations were definitely succeeded. This was such a cute restaurant! Our waitress was awesome, and I loved the additional menu options for “full service” customers.

Very fast and courteous whenever they take my order.
I am not sure who designed that parking lot but that engineer should never design anything again that is absulutly horrible trying to get in and out of that place.

Long time Chick fil a customer from back in the 90s Dwarf House. I was saddened to hear that the Dwarf House was demolished. My children had entered through the dwarf door many times throughout the years. It was a landmark.Well chick fil a did a good job honoring the history and of course Truett.The service continues to be excellent. The food quality and freshness above most establishments. The atmosphere is family friendly and well worth the visit.

Been going here since I waa child even take my children here best place for customer service and for food quality. As a former employee from raising Cane's I can say you'd prefer chick-fil-a's chicken in your body rather than canes only because the chicken there smelled like sulfur when it was brought in from the trucks. Not appetizing to me. Plus far better customer service around going above and beyond expectations for customer needs and demands. I love coming to eat here with my family and being in a friendly welcoming atmosphere the employees bring.Kid-friendliness: They actually have things for the kids to play with outside in summertime and a train on the inside of the restaurant. Smiles at children and interacts with kids.
